Fortunately, someone knocked firmly on the door, putting an end to our embarrassing conversation.

“Unnie, are you in?”

It was Seo Hee’s voice. Like Jin Gun, who had gotten into Yale without any bonus points, she was clever and spoke English fluently.

Adrian stood up, looking embarrassed. I, however, had seen enough dramas to pretend this situation didn’t faze me at all.

“I’m in my room. Just open the door and come in.”

“So you two were together.”

Seo Hee had turned back before heading to the pool, so she was still wearing her swimsuit and a hotel robe. With a snug swim cap and goggles on her head, she looked fully prepared for some fun.

Now that Seo Hee had returned to the room shared by two girls, Adrian rose with a smile.

“I should probably head back to my room. You two go ahead with your plans.”

“Okay. I’ll come over when it’s time for dinner.”

I saw him off, carefully pretending not to notice his bright red neck.

While I was thinking I should text him later, Seo Hee neatly pulled out a waterproof phone case, saying she’d left something behind. Just then—

“Huh? What’s this…?”

I blinked, sitting on the edge of the bed as I looked at her.
