World Rank 0, Please Stop! (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 12
Seonwoo Jin.
The man responsible for the “cool guy” role among the Three Great Boys and the male lead’s friend, sporting a perpetual ‘-_-‘.
Inside the curtain, waiting for me, was none other than him—so taciturn he’d practically vanished from existence.
The moment I confirmed Seonwoo Jin’s face, I froze solid.
‘Why on earth is this guy here?’
As I mentioned earlier, Seonwoo Jin and Sung Ji-chan were rarely seen at school.
The students had guessed they must be hiding somewhere other than the classroom… but I never imagined it would be here.
Meanwhile, disturbed by the commotion, Seonwoo Jin woke up, frowned, and opened his eyes.
“Ugh, so damn noisy… Huh? Hey, who the hell are you—Mmph!”
I quickly clamped my hand over Seonwoo Jin’s mouth, slipped inside, and pulled the curtain shut.
Snap!
“Teacher, you really didn’t see anyone?”
“…Huh? Well, I guess I didn’t.”
“Really? That’s weird—I thought someone came in here…”
Nice one, Teacher.
Fortunately, the nurse had agreed to my request.
Listening to the conversation outside the curtain, I raised my index finger to my lips and looked at Seonwoo Jin.
It was a clear plea for silence.
Instead of obediently nodding, Seonwoo Jin just stared at me up and down with an even more bewildered expression.
Judging by his sharply raised eyebrows, he seemed to be thinking, ‘How should I deal with this nuisance?’
…Looks like I’m thoroughly screwed.
But at this point, there’s no way I can step back out.
Truly a lose-lose situation.
Just then, another voice came from outside.
“Teacher, just in case—can I take a quick peek inside?”
No! Get lost!
I screamed inwardly.
The kid who’d come all the way here to find Chun-ja was damn persistent.
Though he’d clearly promised me otherwise, the nurse—clearly flustered by the situation—blurted out an absentminded “Sure.”
Teacher, how could you just agree to that!
At that moment—
“Hey, move it.”
While I loosened my grip for just a second, Seonwoo Jin shoved my hand away from his mouth and sat up.
‘Oh no, don’t!’
I belatedly snapped out of it and tried to pull him back.
Seonwoo Jin sharply brushed my hand aside.
Then, with an exasperated look, he threw the blanket over me and yanked open the curtain.
Facing outward, Seonwoo Jin said,
“You’re so loud I can’t sleep.”
A sharp gasp followed immediately.
Apparently, the kid searching for Chun-ja had just spotted Seonwoo Jin and was stunned.
“Hey, don’t you know ‘be quiet in the nurse’s office’? Shut up and get out.”
True to his role as the male lead’s best friend, Seonwoo Jin’s language remained unfiltered—even in front of a teacher.
Still, the other kid showed surprising persistence.
Maybe it was the power of that Hawaii airline ticket, but despite hesitating, he stubbornly tried to peek inside.
Seonwoo Jin spoke again.
“What are you doing? There’s a patient here—it’s noisy enough already. Aren’t you leaving soon?”
“Ah! S-s-s-sorry!”
The kid who’d come looking for Chun-ja hastily apologized and bolted out.
…Wait, were you even a patient? You didn’t look sick at all.

Anyway, thanks to Seonwoo Jin’s heroic intervention, the nurse’s office fell silent once more.
Still half-asleep, Seonwoo Jin muttered something low and annoyed—probably a curse.
‘Is it over now?’
I cautiously lifted the blanket off me and peeked outside.
Only the nurse and Seonwoo Jin remained in the room. A shadow flickered briefly behind the curtain of the opposite bed. No one else seemed to be around.
‘Phew, I’m alive.’
I let out a sigh of relief and sat down on the bed.
My legs were trembling after that full-speed sprint earlier.
I tapped my thighs with my fists and stretched out with a long yawn.
‘Ah, I think I’ll survive.’
Just then, I felt a sharp gaze from beside me.
What’s this? I turned my head, searching for the source.
My eyes locked straight with Seonwoo Jin’s.
“Hey, what even are you?”
Oops.
[This is the timeline separator]“…So that’s how I ended up here.”
I quietly explained the whole situation.
At first, I’d only been talking to Seonwoo Jin, but somehow the nurse had started listening in too.
“I’m sorry about earlier. It was urgent, so I… didn’t mean to wake you. Really sorry.”
I apologized repeatedly, but Seonwoo Jin’s expression didn’t change—still that same perpetually annoyed look.
…Though maybe he was just groggy from sleep.
In contrast, the nurse looked utterly fascinated.
“So it’s all because of Ha-min?”
From his tone, it seemed the nurse knew Ban Ha-min quite well.
“Yeah, I guess… something like that.”
“Hmm? Then why don’t you just become friends with Ha-min?”
“What? No way.”
My true feelings slipped out before I could stop them.
“Huh? You don’t want to? Why?”
Because that guy’s the male lead’s friend, obviously.
…Not that I could actually say that. I scrambled for a reasonable excuse.
“I’m scared of his fan club.”
Truthfully, it wasn’t even an excuse—I really was terrified of Ban Ha-min’s fan club.
In this world, fan clubs weren’t just names—they were highly active groups.
Their activities resembled those from old-fashioned romance comics:
They’d chant, “The Three Great Boys belong to all of us!” and block anyone “unworthy” from approaching them.
Essentially, since none of them dared approach the Three Great Boys themselves, yet couldn’t stand watching others get close, they kept each other in check—a mutual surveillance system ensuring no one got too close.
This system was both annoying and remarkably solid.
Anyone who broke the “rules” and approached the Three Great Boys would be thoroughly punished by the fan club.
I suddenly wondered how the Three Great Boys would feel if they found out their social lives were being managed behind their backs.
“Hmm, yeah, those kids can be pretty scary.”
The nurse seemed reasonably convinced.
After that, I exchanged a few more words with him.
He told me I could come here anytime I needed to hide—and I was genuinely grateful.
…Though now that I knew Seonwoo Jin hung out here, I probably wouldn’t be coming back.
Throughout this, Seonwoo Jin hadn’t said a word. He just leaned against the wall, scowling, occasionally glancing my way.
Then, unexpectedly, he spoke.
“…Hey, can I ask you just one thing?”
He was actually talking to me!

Caught off guard, I hiccuped in surprise.
Seonwoo Jin raised one eyebrow.
“No?”
“Uh… go ahead. What is it?”
What on earth could he possibly want to say?
No positive topic came to mind, no matter how hard I thought.
‘Please don’t tell me he’s about to complain about what happened earlier.’
…Should I just kneel?
I swallowed hard.
Seonwoo Jin looked at me like I was strange and asked,
“Are you… really named Chun-ja?”
“…”
So that’s what he’d been deep in thought about this whole time.
All the tension drained out of me.
I slowly nodded.
“…Y-yeah. It’s real. That’s my name.”
“You’re seriously named Chun-ja?”
“…Yeah. I’m Chun-ja. Lee Chun-ja.”
At my answer, Seonwoo Jin’s expression grew even more bizarre.
But I kept quiet.
‘No need to explain my name further.’
I had a rough idea of what kind of impression I’d made on him, but since we wouldn’t be interacting again anyway, I decided to let it go.
Just then, the lunch bell rang, signaling the end of break.
‘Time to go.’
I stood up to head back to class.
But what should I tell the others now? Did everyone already know I was Chun-ja? Ugh, this is a nightmare…
As I stepped toward the door, the nurse took off his white coat and hung it over a chair, then turned to Seonwoo Jin and me.
“You guys haven’t eaten yet, right? Let’s go grab lunch.”
Huh?
I couldn’t believe my ears.
…Excuse me, wasn’t that the bell ending lunch break?
I cautiously opened my mouth.
“Um, Teacher, I was just…”
“Huh? You already ate? I assumed you hadn’t, since you’ve been running around all this time.”
No, I was about to say I should head back because class is starting soon.
Completely oblivious, the nurse cheerfully added,
“You’ll just cause another commotion if you go back now. Might as well eat again. Skip class or something.”
“No, it’s not that—class is about to…”
“It’s fine, it’s fine. I’ll write you an outing pass.”
This unexpected turn left me dizzy.
Was it because he was the nurse? …No, that couldn’t be it.
Anyway, this teacher had an unusually open-minded attitude.
I studied him carefully.
A young man who looked barely into his twenties.
He seemed too young to be a certified teacher who’d passed the national exam.
…Wait a minute—that’s odd.
“Woo-jin, you’re coming too, right?”
Apparently, my participation was already decided—the nurse turned to Seonwoo Jin.
Seonwoo Jin scowled deeply.
“It’s not Woo-jin—it’s Jin.”

“Yeah, sure. Woo-jin. So you’re coming, right?”
“…”
For reference, Seonwoo Jin’s surname is “Seonwoo” and his given name is “Jin.”
Even in the original story, Seonwoo Jin hated being called “Woo-jin” more than anything.
Yet the nurse casually called him that anyway.
What’s more, Seonwoo Jin spoke informally to the teacher—clearly, they were quite close.
A bad feeling crept over me.
‘Didn’t he just say he was close with Ban Ha-min too?’
Friends with not one, but two of the male lead’s buddies?
Something was seriously off here.
I narrowed my eyes and observed the teacher closely.
Even standing next to Seonwoo Jin—a canonically handsome guy—he looked absolutely stunning.
His face was suspiciously youthful.
It was clear: there was no way he was an ordinary character.
‘…Wait, the nurse?’
Something was about to click.
There was definitely a character like this in the original story…
But before I could grasp the memory, the teacher spoke first.
“Yu-bin, come out. You’re coming to eat too.”
He called toward the inner bed.
Now that he mentioned it, someone had been there earlier—I’d forgotten completely because they’d been so quiet.
A moment later,
the curtain parted cautiously, and a girl walked over.
Her bangs were long, and thick glasses obscured her face.
But the moment I saw her, every piece of the puzzle in my head clicked into place.
The suspicious name “Second Nurse’s Office.”
The unusually young teacher.
Seonwoo Jin. Ban Ha-min.
…And Yu-bin.
By now, the girl had reached my side.
Though we’d never met before today, I felt I knew exactly who she was.
I subtly glanced down at her name tag.
Seol Yu-bin
That’s right.
This girl was the female lead’s younger sister—Seol Yu-bin!
‘…Holy crap.’
Only then did I finally recall what this “nurse’s office” really was in the original story.
And the true identity of this suspicious nurse teacher.
“Alright, let’s go.”
The nurse—no, Lee Yeon-ho—grinned and gestured with his hand.
The moment our eyes met, I thought:
Haha. I’m doomed.
Most Commented This Week
Male lead fell into her trap — and shattered when she walked away
This is also on my reread list!
This one is a slow burn, but when it burns, it burns hard.
Definitely worth a read, y’all!

The story follows a thousand-year-old seductive spirit who, on a bet, sets out to charm the male lead—a once-promising but unfortunate cultivator.
But just when she succeeds in making him fall for her, she heartlessly leaves, driving him to madness.
Determined to find her at all costs, he captures her, keeping her by his side no matter what, even if she hates him.
I love this kind of trope—I enjoy watching the male lead suffer in agony.
The ending drags a bit with unnecessary filler, but that’s fine.
As long as I enjoy the beginning, I’m good.
