Woo Seok spaced out for a moment before pointing at himself and asking again.

“Me? I followed you?”

“Yes. Since earlier.”

“I was on my way to the supermarket.”

When Eun Chae raised one eyebrow, Woo Seok moved the hand in his pocket, pulled out some crumpled cash, and showed it roughly.

“Grandma told me to buy cola.”

Eun Chae stared blankly at the bill stained with grandma’s handprints and slowly blinked. Woo Seok, watching her reaction, brushed back the hair falling over his forehead and let out a short laugh.

“I know you’re pretty, but you’re a bit too full of yourself.”

Eun Chae, who didn’t even know where the supermarket was, belatedly panicked and wrapped her left arm with her right hand.
