“Wow, I haven’t seen an answer sheet like this in forever.”

Hye Yoon’s eyes sparkled as she looked at the mock test paper prop on the table. It was rough, dull-colored recycled paper—the math test paper for Jong Soo in the drama. Red pencil marks were already scribbled all over it, and the setup was that Hee Soo would discover it and tutor Jong Soo in math.

Scritch-scratch. Scritch-scratch. She liked the sound the pencil made, so she secretly started doodling a little.

“This really makes us look like high school students.”

Soon after, Ji Ho naturally came over and sat on her left. It reminded her of the first script reading when they sat side by side, but that was nothing compared to now. They were so much closer that even the slightest movement made their arms brush.

Even though it wasn’t bare skin, every time their bodies touched, she felt strange. Her opposite arm, the one she was going to doodle with, gradually started to stiffen.

Little by little. Sneaky glances. Tiny bit by tiny bit. Hye Yoon pulled her left arm closer to her body.

And right at that moment, a male staff member’s loud voice called out to the two of them—more precisely, to Ji Ho.

“Oh yeah! I watched the movie trailer. Wow… it’s the first time I’ve seen Ji Ho-ssi in a role like that, right?”

Two male staff members who had been fiddling with props in the kitchen set suddenly burst out with the topic. Their eyes were shining; the trailer must have really piqued their interest. Of course, for a split second, Hye Yoon remembered the jealousy she’d briefly forgotten, and her nose scrunched up.

“Yes. I feel like I learned a lot this time too.”

“Maybe because I’m a guy? I thought it was really thrilling, but my wife saw the trailer and immediately started talking about Hye Yoon-ssi, saying it must be annoying.”

The gazes of the two staff members and Ji Ho—three men in total—turned to Hye Yoon all at once.

“Uh… um…”

Hye Yoon opened and closed her mouth like a goldfish, hesitating to answer. Ji Ho, sitting right beside her and looking down at her, had a soft curve at the corners of his eyes.
