The Villainess Doesn't Want Love (20 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 89
“What on earth are you trying to do?”
Inside the carriage heading back to the mansion,
Karina demanded in an angry voice as soon as the carriage door closed.
“I thought this would be better than letting everyone say you couldn’t bear an heir.”
“Don’t spout such nonsense! You’ve ruined everything!”
Karina shouted at Jeremiah, her face twisted in fury.
“You’re right. I ruined it all.”
Jeremiah calmly accepted Karina’s outburst with an impassive expression.
“But I couldn’t let them keep saying things like you’re barren or defective.”
At his words, Karina’s face contorted further with rage.
“A few words like that meant nothing to me! So stop pretending you did it for my sake!”
Jeremiah frowned slightly, clearly displeased by Karina’s harsh language.
‘So what if it displeases you!’
Karina huffed and panted heavily, seething with anger.
She was furious beyond measure.

Male lead is a Love-Obsessed Merman
When he discovers she has gone, he risks everything to pursue her on land, enduring agonizing pain to transform his tail into human legs…

One-line summary: Male lead chases female lead. The male lead’s love is a bit sick, an invincible love brain.
Synopsis
During a voyage at sea, Jiang Yang accidentally captures a merman.
Servant: I heard that mermen are fierce and brutal.
Jiang Yang looks at the merman obediently rubbing her palm like a puppy: “You call this fierce and brutal?”
Servant: I heard that mermen have no human nature.
Jiang Yang looks at the merman with wet puppy eyes, obsessively calling her ‘A Yang’ like a childish infant: “You call this having no human nature?”
With great difficulty, she releases the merman back into the sea and returns to shore.
Who would have thought that in less than half a month, the merman, who should have been freely wandering in the South China Sea, would shed his scales, endure the pain of losing his tail, transform into human legs, and come ashore to find her?
He kneels at her feet, rubbing her palm, with merman tears rolling down: “A Yang, don’t abandon me.”

“Show him to the reception room.”
Show him to a dungeon, not to a reception room — maybe the front gate. You see why I’ll be talking junk about you. You could’ve just lied and said she was not feeling well and she was laying down and to come back another time. But see, you never think of our girl. She was not feeling well, and she was laying down. Just tell her to come back another time. But see, you never think of our girl.

“And inform Karina of the Marquis’s visit as well.”
You see why I can’t stand you. You could have gone over there, talked to her, and said, “Hey, do you want to see your crusty, good-for-nothing father?” She would most likely have said no, but no, Jeremy, this is why I talk 💩.

Jeremiah immediately ordered the kitchen to prepare an apple pie.
You’re so quick, I’ve never seen you move that fast. Let me stop lying—when you saved her and didn’t get credit 😂, you were even quicker than that. But technically, our boy Mikhail said her.

Between the father and Jeremy Jenny, you’re about to be on the list. Y’all really are pissing me off this chapter.
this was an OK chapter. Jeremy still pissed me off. Did Daddy need to be pushed off a cliff and we will have a good ending.
I think she could’ve cussed him out more and shown more of her hurt. She was drunk because, at this point, baby, you’re still holding onto the hurt when you don’t need to. Curse this man out from the depths of your soul.
