Seduced the Doomed Villain (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 2
Diana couldn’t easily speak. Despite the vitality coursing through her body, her thoughts grew heavy.
Death and reincarnation. A castle enchanted with high-level magic. Waking up imprisoned. A half-sibling with whom she’d never shared anything.
Amid a premonition that something was deeply amiss, these questions kept circling in her mind.
How does this child know all this? Why were you imprisoned here in the first place? Were you already here before I died?
“Nuna?”
When she stared at him with a doubtful look, Noel blinked his large eyes and tilted his head in confusion.
“Boop. Nuna. What’s wrong?”
When Diana pressed firmly on his chubby cheeks, his lips jutted out like a goldfish’s.
His unnaturally mature speech and behavior bothered her, but dwelling on it seemed endless.
Though it was supposedly a novel, this world was her reality.
She released his cheeks and gently stroked his ashen, curly hair.
“Thank you. Thanks to you, I’ve found a clue to regain my health. Thank you, Noel.”
When she smiled brightly, Noel, who had been staring blankly at her, suddenly burst into a wide, beaming smile—genuinely joyful. Only then did he truly seem like a child.
“Can you see it too, by chance?”
“Yes! I can see it!”
Noel moved his eyes, tracking the magic power as it vanished precisely like smoke. His ruby-red irises shimmered strangely.
“So this is my cure, then?”
“Well, it’s not the doll itself—it’s the curse channeled through magic that acts as medicine. You need to absorb the curse. Even poison becomes beneficial for you if it carries strong intent.”
Absorbing curses and poisons—such gloomy, unsettling things. It made her uneasy.
“How do you know all this so well?”
You’re acting like some kind of mage or something. Haha. Diana scoffed dismissively, then gulped as she noticed Noel staring intently back at her.
“Really?”
“A mage is someone who can use magic, right?”
“Exactly.”
“Then I must be a mage!”
Noel spread his small hands wide, and a round glow bloomed atop his palm. The light, initially as tiny as a firefly, gradually grew larger.
Diana couldn’t close her mouth. In this era, mages cast spells using mana crystals.
It was said that generations ago, mages used internal mana to cast spells—but now, without mana crystals, even the simplest household magic was impossible.
And even then, mages themselves were rare.
“Noel!”
Diana pulled him into a tight embrace, her eyes filled with emotion. A lifeline had just descended before her.
Such a precious being was right beside her. Perhaps she wasn’t entirely out of luck after all.
She had to accept everything concerning her survival—she was that desperate.
There was no remedy she hadn’t tried, no action she hadn’t taken, all for the sake of staying alive.
Dying once was enough.
She never wanted to suffer again as a walking corpse until her final breath.
What’s a cursed doll, anyway? She’d absorb it without hesitation.
“Are there many cursed objects like this here?”
“Yes! There are lots in the warehouse!”
She should have realized it then—the true meaning behind “many cursed objects.”
How futile her plan had been: find a cure, regain strength, and escape.
[This is the timeline separator]On the path toward the warehouse, the moment Diana encountered that twisted, grotesque thing emerging from the damp, clammy unease, she instinctively spun around and began running.
“Aaaahhh—!”
Who could’ve guessed she’d end up starring in a horror survival scenario with her young half-brother?
“Waaah! What is that?!”
With barely recovered stamina, Diana clutched the five-year-old and sprinted down the corridor as if her life depended on it.
Behind her, a monstrous creature pursued at terrifying speed.
How long had she run? Pushed to her absolute limit, Diana finally collapsed onto the ground in a safe zone, setting Noel down gently.
“Nuna… Nuna, are you okay?”
Trending
No—I think I’m going to die. Clutching the wall, gasping for breath, Diana broke into a cold sweat.
Her heart felt like it would leap out of her mouth.
Wasn’t this supposed to be a melancholic romance? When did the genre switch to horror?!
On the way to the warehouse, she must’ve stepped on something that triggered a magic circle—immediately, a ghost with melting skin came charging at them, hair wild and disheveled.
Fortunately, the ghost seemed blocked by an invisible barrier past a certain point and couldn’t follow them further.
“That ghost chases harder the more you run away.”
Kid, couldn’t you have told me that a bit sooner? Her hands trembled violently.
If there was anything Diana feared in this world, it was undoubtedly formless ghosts.
Noel, however, just grinned blankly as if he hadn’t a care in the world.
“Noel, from now on, you have to warn me in advance, okay? Understand? Your nuna has terrible stamina.”
“What’s ‘terrible stamina’ mean?”
Oops. She was supposed to use gentle words around children. Diana unconsciously furrowed her brow.
“Nuna, are you mad?”
True to being the youngest of a villainous house, Diana had sharp eyes. When expressionless or frowning, she always appeared angry.
“No, not at all.”
When Noel began to pout tearfully, Diana flustered and quickly soothed him. In an instant, as if he’d never looked upset, he beamed again. Fooled by his fake crying, Diana let out a defeated chuckle.
Goodness, he’s clever. She’d let it slide just because he was cute. Ruffling Noel’s hair, she resumed exploring.
The mage’s castle was filled not only with powerful barriers but also traps laced with magic everywhere. The very purpose of it all was baffling—the traps alone surpassed imagination.
One moment a ghost leaped out; the next, various weapons sprang forth, threatening their lives.
She carefully surveyed the interior of the castle, avoiding traps as much as possible.
As Noel had said, there was no way out. Every exit door was firmly locked.
And since Noel’s magic wasn’t omnipotent, he couldn’t break the barrier.
It was simply astonishing how this child—who’d been imprisoned even before Diana—had managed to survive in such a place.
“I guess this isn’t enough after all.”
Diana patted Noel’s dejected head.
Though they’d gathered many cursed objects from around the castle, the curses were too diluted to fully restore her health.
“If only there were someone truly, deeply cursed.”
At the child’s unnervingly cold mutter, Diana casually replied,
“If someone were cursed that severely, wouldn’t they have died long ago?”
“That’s true, hehe,” Noel giggled—but he clearly wasn’t an ordinary child.
The Beatus family’s illegitimate child—someone never mentioned in the novel, someone she never would’ve met even before her death—had won her affection in an instant.
Simply having someone to share warmth with inside this bizarre, trap-filled castle was comforting enough.
[This is the timeline separator]Days passed like that. Unable to escape, they settled into life within the castle.
The only silver lining was that the kitchen held stacks of bread loaves sufficient for meals.
But a far greater problem than hunger was the gradual disappearance of the cursed objects stored in the warehouse.
Once again, her body grew weak, confining her motionless to her bedroom.
She needed to get out—but had no way.
She waited in case their captor might return—but not even a shadow of a person appeared.
Nor did she expect her family to come searching for her, declared missing.
When she’d been dying before, no one came for her. She couldn’t rely on her family.
She had to find a solution.
Groaning while clutching her violet-tinged hair, Diana’s eyes drifted toward the wide-open window.
Though the hallway clearly suggested they were on the third floor, stepping through the door revealed they were at the very top of the castle.
Whoosh— The wind blew, and the black forest stretched endlessly like the ocean’s horizon, its trees swaying like waves.
This was the Demonbeast Forest. Realizing this, Diana swallowed hard.
Whoever that mad author was who locked us here—I’ll make them pay the moment I get out. No matter who’s behind this, I won’t let it go.
Diana’s pink eyes flashed as her gaze shifted to the hand axe resting on the table.
“A hand axe won’t cut it.”
Even striking the entrance hall’s door with the axe left not a scratch—only numbing her hands.

She’d only wasted her already scarce stamina.
Caw—
As she stared blankly out the window, pondering how to escape, a crow appeared before her.
“Huh?”
Despite her room being at the castle’s peak, the crow flapped precisely in front of the window, peering intently inside.
“A bird?”
“A scout bird?!”
Noel tilted his head in confusion, but Diana, who’d been staring blankly at it, hastily jumped up from the bed.
“Wait!”
The crow glanced at Diana’s face, then abruptly turned its head away.
“Hey! No! Don’t go!”
Could it understand speech? The crow simply flapped its wings indifferently and looked back at her.
Was that a smug look, as if saying, “What’re you gonna do about it?” Or was it just her imagination?
If her memory served correctly, this was a scout bird used only in the north.
There were people nearby! She couldn’t let this chance slip away.
But what could she use? She needed to send a rescue request to the crow’s owner.
Frantically scanning the room, Diana was handed a gemstone by Noel.
“Nuna, take this. Crows love shiny things—I read it in a book.”
“You’re a genius, Noel! Absolutely brilliant.”
Self-taught literacy without a single instructor—what else could that be called but genius?
Moreover, this child had apparently mastered magic all on his own.
Noel detached a gem from a doll and cast a spell on it. Diana wrapped her hands around his small ones and said,
“My strength’s too low—I won’t be able to reach it from here. Can you throw it for me?”
“Yes!”
At Diana’s request, Noel nodded solemnly. He took a short run-up and hurled the gem with all his might.
“Hyah!”
No! Why close your eyes when throwing?! An internal scream erupted.
The gem arced clumsily through the air beyond the window and plummeted downward. Our lifeline!
Caw—
As if mocking her despair, the crow nimbly dove and caught the falling gem in its beak.
Phew. I thought I’d lose years off my life.
The crow flew back up to her eye level, snorted dismissively, and vanished.
“It’ll get there, right?”
Watching the crow grow distant, Diana collapsed onto the floor. It felt like strength was draining rapidly from her already poor-value body.
[This is the timeline separator]“Kraaah!”
In the heart of the Black Forest—the source of all demonbeasts—a vast clearing formed where dense trees had been swept away.
Ferocious demonbeasts that had been howling wildly collapsed instantly before a predator even fiercer than they were.
His speed and movements were nothing short of miraculous. One by one, demonbeast corpses piled up in the now-flattened expanse.
When the lone man finally ceased his one-sided slaughter, silence blanketed the area.
Beneath his black hair, his blue eyes lazily softened.
He resembled a sleek, predatory beast given human form.
His overwhelming aura silenced his subordinates—none dared speak or approach, merely watching the spectacle with practiced familiarity.
“Hah.”
The man tilted his head, closed his eyes, and suppressed the surging curse within his blood.
Caw—
In the absolute stillness—no insect chirping, no breeze—the crow’s cry rang out sharply.
The crow spat something out, and a subordinate caught it.
The gemstone flickered red in his palm for a moment, then dimmed. It was the standard distress signal.
“Captain!”

The man, face expressionless, peeled off his sodden black leather gloves with a wet slap and tossed them aside.
Pulling out a clean pair from within his coat, he shifted his gaze indifferently.
“It’s a rescue request!”

Male lead is reincarnated to save his wife
I’ve also read this one twice already. The female lead is kinda soft and gets embarrassed easily—not really my type, but the plot is definitely worth reading. Hurry up and read it, y’all!

Intro
When Shen Yuan encountered Su Jin again in his previous life, she had already become the Prime Minister of the current dynasty. As for him, the former top young master of the capital, he had long since fallen into the abyss, becoming a singer on a pleasure boat.
After a song ended, he was redeemed and sent to the Su Residence.
Su Jin respected and cherished him, gave him a roof over his head, and bestowed him with warmth. Shen Yuan fell deeper and deeper, but before he could express his feelings, Su Jin passed away.
Shen Yuan died to follow her in death, but instead, he returned to when he was fifteen years old.
At that time, he was not yet engaged, and Su Jin was just a poor scholar.
Shen Yuan gritted his teeth, casting aside all his pride, and thought of ways to coax and entice her every day.
The colder and more indifferent Su Jin was towards him, the more proactive Shen Yuan became.
He was not afraid of being mocked by the world, only wanting to marry his Wife-master early, to hold her hand and never let go for a lifetime.
[Note: This story will not specifically point out the male lead’s reincarnation time point; it’s all in the details. Whenever you feel that the male lead is acting strangely, he has most likely been reincarnated.]

Finally, I hope he will hurry and rescue her, but it’s still a mystery why she was cursed, who cursed her, and why she’s imprisoned in a tower. I feel like her brother knows something.

I have so many questions… guess I’m going to have to keep reading to find out! Also, Noel seems suspicious.
