“Huh? Here?”

Surprised, Yuricien asked again, and Benjamin slowly walked toward the terrace below, nodding his head. Yuricien thought that might actually be better.

‘Other nobles would find it strange if they saw us talking on the terrace and in the garden.’

Heathcliff’s breakup hadn’t been officially announced yet, and her engagement to Benjamin was still only a verbal promise—so for now, Yuricien was unquestionably Heathcliff’s lover. There was absolutely nothing good about being seen so close with Heathcliff’s half-brother.

‘And while I’m coming here, I should splash some water on my face too.’

Yuricien thought this and nodded. Just as she was about to head straight to the bathroom, a gust of wind whooshed behind her.

“…?”

Wondering what sudden gust this was, she turned around—and there was Benjamin. The man who had clearly been in the first-floor garden just moments ago was now perched on the third-floor terrace railing like a cat.

“Wh-what…?”

She was so startled she couldn’t even speak. Her mind went blank. Despite his large frame, Benjamin sat astride the narrow railing with practiced ease and gave a faint smile.

Judging only by this roguish behavior, most people wouldn’t easily guess he was the Crown Prince—not even as Guildmaster of Coperador.

“Kyaaah!”

Yuricien let out a scream without even realizing it. A man had never come to her room like this before. Besides, she had quite literally just woken up.

She was terribly worried about her untidy bed and disheveled appearance—even though she was wearing indoor clothes. Just then, Yuricien picked up a cushion from the couch.

“Oh, Miss?! What’s wrong?!”
