Juno had been a child with low self-esteem since she was young.

Unlike Timothy, the protagonist of Season 1 of the drama, she was neither lively nor particularly striking in appearance.

On the contrary, because Timothy was so popular and had so many friends, Juno was unconsciously compared to him by outsiders, which made her even more withdrawn.

Well, even so—she was just an extra, so what did it matter?

Anyway, upon entering Juno’s body, I was able to read the memories of the life she had lived.

Juno had one and only childhood friend named Alan.

Because of his delicate features and uniquely colored eyes that had shone brightly since he was little, Alan was popular with everyone.

However, unlike Timothy, who loved boisterously playing and running around with other kids, Alan always stayed by Juno’s side.

Then, due to unforeseen circumstances, he moved away to England.

Juno was heartbroken at losing her only close friend. Before the car packed with his belongings drove off—now a hazy memory—Alan said to her,

“I’ll come back to see you, Juno.”

The boy, who had always been cold and terse with other children, gently patted Juno’s head before getting into the car and leaving for England.

After that, they exchanged a few emails to check in on each other, but they never saw each other again. In the past year, ever since I took over Juno’s body, we hadn’t contacted each other at all.

I stared fixedly at Alan’s photo posted on social media.

The pretty boy from childhood had grown into a handsome young man nearing adulthood, his facial lines now sharper, though his icy aura remained unchanged.

Regret With All Your Might (Completed Main Story)

Side Story 5 Side Story 4

An Indifferent Woman is the One Men Desire the Most

One-line summary: The female lead is actually cold-hearted and extremely rational. She has stage-by-stage relationships and won’t two-time, but there will always be someone who secretly likes her.

This novel has the following triggers, so if you’re sensitive to these, please don’t read:

1. The female lead has had many relationships, but she treated each one seriously and broke up properly.

It’s just that the men unilaterally pestered her incessantly. For the female lead, when she doesn’t like someone anymore, she simply doesn’t like them.

(This applies to her relationships with Male Lead 1, 2, 3, and 4 as well, but she’s loyal in each 1-on-1 relationship!)

2. In this novel, Male Lead 2 and the female lead kiss in a car, and Male Lead 1 sees it and beats up Male Lead 2.

The female lead calls the police and sends both Male Lead 1 and 2 to the police station! Male Lead 1 begs the female lead not to break up with him.

3. Male Lead 1 has a gentle appearance but an obsessive personality.

Male Lead 2 has a delicate and soft appearance, slightly green tea-like (two-faced).

Male Lead 3 is a youthful college student and a smart person who has secretly liked the female lead for a long time.

Male Lead 4 is the female lead’s father’s special assistant, a business elite with deep, hidden thoughts.

4. At the beginning of this novel, the female lead has already broken up with Male Lead 1 (Chapter 4) and gotten back together with Male Lead 2 (ex-boyfriend).

5. Enter with caution if you have triggers!!!

You’re bound to regret it if you skip this novel. Read the review & spoiler to find out what you might be missing!

Chapter Comments (176)

  1. Sign Bet Chapter 22

The pacing of this story is honestly so good. Every chapter just flows perfectly into the next and keeps me hooked.

  2. Sign Bet Chapter 35
I am actually wheezing at Victor’s immediate, cat-like panic the second Juno mentioned bringing Adrian to the game. He was acting so incredibly smug and confident about his guaranteed victory, but the mere thought of another guy going with her completely threw him off. It is so funny how transparent he is about wanting her all to himself.
  3. Sign Bet Chapter 36
I am actually wheezing at Juno dramatically raising her arms like a stage performer to convince those occult nerds that their cursed juice had “ominous spiritual energy” inside it. She literally saved them from severe food poisoning by making up a whole Level-One classified secret on the spot. Her inner monologue about them being better off getting bitten by a radioactive spider was absolute peak comedy.

  1. So Ri Chapter 28 — Paragraph 5
“Juno, are you riding Bucephalus again today? I’ll give you a ride to school!”

Such an absurd name for the car. I can feeling sympathy to juno..her brother is pretty annoying 🙄

  2. So Ri Chapter 29 — Paragraph 129
Waiting until his eyes met mine, I asked softly,

The real Juno had quiet personality while the possesor though has introvert personality but also has mischievous side

  3. So Ri Chapter 30 — Paragraph 129
    "Juno, it’s been a while."
Ooo it’s must be alan…the old friend..why he comeback to Connecticut?
