A Light Contract (Completed Main Story) - Side Story 7
Eun Hye opened her eyes at 6 a.m., as usual.
Whether she’d had a drink or stayed up late exhausted from overtime, Eun Hye always woke up without fail at 6 a.m. Some called it a blessing; others said it was admirable—but for Eun Hye, raised under a military father, it was simply a habit ingrained in her body.
Though her eyes were open, her mind wasn’t fully awake yet. Blinking slowly with drowsy eyes, she sat up.
Trying to shake off the stiffness in her body, Eun Hye stretched her arms high above her head. Only then did her slightly clearer mind start recognizing her surroundings.
She narrowed her brows, blinking again as if to double-check what had entered her field of vision. No matter how many times she looked, the furniture scattered around and the stark white wallpaper felt utterly unfamiliar.
Clearly, the first thing Eun Hye saw every morning was a dark gray wallpaper and a wooden-toned dressing table—that was the interior of the villa she’d lived in for the past three years.
Yet everything here—the pristine white wallpaper, the elegant shelves, and even the large TV mounted on the wall—was completely new to her.
The moment she realized this wasn’t her own home, Eun Hye’s pupils trembled as if caught in an earthquake.
She distinctly remembered meeting Yoo Gun on her way home the previous night and buying instant ramen at a convenience store after he said he hadn’t eaten dinner.
Then, claiming it’d be a shame without beer, they’d started drinking. Her last memory was seeing the outdoor table packed tightly with beer cans.
Desperate to figure out why that was the end of her memory and where exactly she was now, she tugged at her hair with both hands in frustration. Biting her lips lightly, she lowered her gaze—and saw herself wearing only a slip.
Startled, she yanked the blanket toward her, and at that instant, an unbelievable silhouette came into view. A clearly familiar back of a head, turned away under the blanket, seared itself into her vision—and Eun Hye’s mouth fell open unconsciously.
Too shocked to speak, she could only gape silently when Yoo Gun, waking up, shifted his body and sat up.
Then, rubbing his eyes with perfect calmness, he asked,
“Oh, you’re awake?”

Male lead is a clingy little husband
One-line summary: The male lead is initially an arrogant, noble, love-deprived brat, later a cute, clingy, scheming little jealous one.

Introduction:
One day, Lu Yuner’s soul transmigrates into a female-dominant world. She enters the Imperial Academy and takes up the position of a doctoral instructor, teaching classes and grading schoolwork.
One day, she encounters the young prince Su Qingwan secretly skipping class from the male academy.
As a result, Su Qingwan is punished.
From then on, Su Qingwan sees Lu Yuner as a “thorn in his side”.
But before long, this “thorn” becomes the person he cherishes most, and he goes to great lengths to win Lu Yuner’s affection.
Mini scene 1:
One day, the sun is high in the sky but Su Qingwan still hasn’t gotten up for class.
Servant Xiaoyuan: “Young prince, it’s time for class. You’ll be late otherwise.”
Su Qingwan says arrogantly: “I’m not going. I am the esteemed prince, my status is so noble, why should I suffer this hardship? Besides, isn’t learning all this just to please women? Hmph, they’re not worthy!”
Mini scene 2:
After Su Qingwan falls for someone, he completely changes. He no longer skips class and diligently learns how to be a good husband and father. But he discovers that Sister Yuner is always surrounded by admirers.
Drunk and overcome with jealousy one day, he clings to Lu Yuner, crying beautifully like a pear blossom in the rain.
Su Qingwan: “Qingwan likes Sister Yuner.”
Lu Yuner: “Young prince, you’re drunk.”
Su Qingwan: “Qingwan isn’t drunk. Qingwan likes Sister Yuner, likes you so much, likes you to bits…” Before he can finish, Lu Yuner’s eyes flash with emotion and she leans in closer.
[Reading Guide]
1. The female lead is gentle, gracious, humble and polite but not weak. The male lead is initially an arrogant, noble, love-deprived brat, later a cute, clingy, scheming little jealous one.
2. 1v1, a bit torturous in the beginning but definitely sweet later on.
