Who Spent the Night with the Tower Master (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 21
It was well past midnight.
Though she’d sent the letter, worn down by Richel’s nagging, she hadn’t expected a reply—or for him to come home.
“I miss you.”
‘I must have been temporarily insane.’
By the time she came to her senses, the letter was already sent.
“I miss you”? Her unconscious honesty had slipped out through the tip of her pen. Thinking back on it now, she was mortified. Why had she written something so embarrassingly sentimental? What would he think of her?
They weren’t even close enough to exchange such awkward words in the first place. She must have gotten carried away like a complete fool and impulsively crossed a line. How utterly ridiculous he must find her after receiving that letter.
A languid heat churned through her mind.
How embarrassing.
Just as she was resigning herself to a sleepless night—
Knock knock.
Someone knocked on the door.
‘Who is it?’
At this hour, even the servants would have returned to their quarters to sleep.
There shouldn’t be anyone visiting now. Riley cautiously opened the door—and something suddenly burst in, pulling her into a tight embrace.

My Step-brother Is Obsessed With Me (Female-dominant)
A gentle female protagonist vs pitiful in the early stage, and a sick male protagonist in the later stage
Cheng Songer transmigrated into the body of a vicious cannon fodder female supporting character with the same name as her in a female-dominant novel.
In the original story, the cannon fodder female supporting character was inhumane, committing domestic violence, gambling excessively, being lustful, and even wanting to sell her stepbrother to a brothel for money.
As luck would have it, she just happened to transmigrate at this time.
Seeing Cheng Qingzhi biting his lip, enduring the tears in his eyes, looking pitiful, her heart softened.
She stuffed the money back into the Madam’s hand and reached out to him.
“Brother, come home with me.”

I suspect Sak never looks anything but troubled. A classic assistant
I think we have mixed up her fathers name and our ML’s last name..otherwise this is a confusing relationship they have,
The more we learn about her father the less sure about him I am. Really set up his daughter for so much strife
