When I Reach You (Completed Main Story) - Side Story 6
It was a peaceful weekend morning.
While decorating Yul Mae’s room, Eun Jae felt her belly grow firm and tighten.
She thought it would quickly pass, but as the contractions began occurring more frequently, she gradually grew frightened. Concluding she probably needed to go to the hospital, Eun Jae grabbed her coat and headed straight downstairs to the first floor.
In the car on the way to the hospital, Eun Jae called Seon Woo. Her hand gripping the phone trembled uncontrollably, despite her efforts to steady it.
“Seon Woo, what should I do? I’m scared.”
[It’s okay, don’t worry. It’s probably nothing serious. Just head to the hospital for now. I’ll come right away as soon as my appointment ends.]
Reassured instantly by Seon Woo’s calm voice, Eun Jae nodded while wiping her tear-moistened eyes with the back of her hand.
Since the situation appeared worse than anticipated, the professor recommended hospitalization.
She was only 27 weeks along. Though warned to be careful due to a risk of premature labor, she still needed to carry the baby for another three months.
Eun Jae kept bursting into tears, feeling as if everything were entirely her own fault.
Since the decision had been made abruptly, Eun Jung rushed over barefoot, substituting for Seon Woo who was still at work. Watching Eun Jae lying in bed hooked to an IV drip intended to prevent premature labor, Eun Jung said with a worried expression:
“That little rascal must be awfully eager to repay filial duty—tormenting Mom even before birth.”
“It’s fine now. Don’t worry—Yul Mae is healthy, the doctor said so.”
By the way, what about the wedding? Eun Jae asked anxiously, to which Eun Jung replied reassuringly, “Don’t stress about that. We haven’t even sent out the invitations yet. We’ll handle everything, so just relax.”
“Maybe Yul Mae wants you to wear a pretty dress and hold the wedding after giving birth. It’s totally fine to postpone until after delivery—the date was awkward anyway, so this actually works out better. Everyone already knows you two are a married couple; what’s the harm in a slight delay?”

Cold Male Lead Became My Clingy Husband (Female-Dominant)
Feng Bai Su transmigrated into a matriarchal novel, becoming the sister of the female protagonist and the Seventh Princess of the Feng Ling Kingdom.
After working herself to death in her previous life, finally reincarnating as a princess, she only wanted to be a lazy fish who could eat, sleep, and play.
Until she met the male protagonist from the book, Wei Jing Mo, and he took a liking to her!
Wei Jing Mo is the top young man in Feng Ling City, talented in both appearance and ability, from a prestigious family, with a cold and otherworldly appearance, a figure like the bright moon in the hearts of noble ladies. It was thought that only the most powerful and talented noble lady in Feng Ling City would be worthy of such a brilliant young man. Who knew that this young gentleman would secretly admire the infamous Seventh Princess?
Short scene 1:
Feng Bai Su looked at the young man crying like a pear blossom in the rain before her, and couldn’t help but doubt her life.
Wasn’t the male lead described as a cold and otherworldly figure in the book?
Then who was this poor little thing crying with swollen red eyes and tear-stained face?
Short scene 2:
Wei Jing Mo stared intently at Feng Bai Su who was about to go out, wanting to say, “Be careful on the road.”
Before he could speak, Feng Bai Su suddenly bent down and bit his cheek.
Her peach blossom eyes were full of disdain: “Tsk! You’re so clingy!”
Wei Jing Mo: “…”
A talented fox spirit female lead with a flirtatious appearance but actually abstinent VS A cold-looking but actually naive and clingy little jealous male lead
