Louisa recalled the woman who occupied a part of her memories.

Julia Winston was the eldest among the Aberitt and Winston siblings. Perhaps because of that, even as a child she had a sternness unbecoming of her age, and Louisa had always been more afraid of Julia than of her own parents.

She was currently serving as a professor at Tanasbanian College, largely due to the close relationship the Winston family had maintained with the college for nearly twenty years.

The Winston family’s research institute and factories were all located in Tanasen, and Tanasbanian College happened to be home to a professor renowned for maritime vessels.
