Meanwhile, the carriage had arrived at the stadium.

Around the vast field, spaces had been prepared for the nobles’ tea parties. Finely dressed nobles sat in their assigned seats, enjoying the view of the green, open expanse.

Considering how dynamic and aggressive polo was as a sport, it was inevitably contradictory to hold elegant tea parties right beside it.

Yet Ansi had become part of that very space, leaving her unable to criticize its glittering pretense.

Before the match began, a brief social gathering was arranged. Amidst the fragrant aroma of tea, many guests came to greet Duke Orphe and his wife.

Ansi, meeting nearly everyone for the first time, had to introduce herself with unfamiliar names to over a hundred people before the game even started.

“I am Ansi de Orphe.”

“How absolutely delightful to meet you at last! What a wonderfully matched pair you make.”

“Indeed, the Duchess’s daughter-in-law exudes such a uniquely refined presence.”

Though the responses were polished yet hollow, it mattered little what exactly was said. What mattered was that Ansi had made them recognize her as a member of House Orphe.

Until the very end, Ansi firmly stated her name to each person, one by one.

“You could just give a quick bow and be done with it.”

Damion, standing beside her, wrapped an arm around her shoulder like an affectionate husband and whispered into her ear.

To him, it seemed foolish and irritating to see her insist on giving her full name to every single person.

But Ansi shook her head.
