The Villainess Doesn't Want Love (20 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 78
Recently, Jeremiah became aware of his own feelings.
It began right after Karina barely survived a hostage situation and finally woke up.
Even though he was aware of it, admitting those feelings was far from easy.
But the moment he found Karina in the mine,
realizing that she could be in danger again—anytime, anywhere beyond his sight and outside his protection—
an unbearable anxiety overwhelmed him.
When Levath told Karina she was merely a duchess in name without the Duke’s protection, unlike Karina who remained calm, he was consumed by seething rage.
And seeing Karina cry in his arms, he could no longer deny his emotions.
That didn’t mean, however, that his underlying suspicion and sense of betrayal toward Karina had vanished entirely.
Still, he had no desire to divorce her.
He had never truly considered divorce at all.
Whatever happened, he’d rather keep Karina close by his side, watch over her every day, and confine her within his sight.
Even if he had to concede a hundred or a thousand times and agree to divorce, it would never be in this manner.
‘Never!’
Jeremiah’s hardened expression showed no sign of softening.

His voice carried unmistakable displeasure.
Yes, I think she likes her lol.

“Show him to the reception room.”
Show him to a dungeon, not to a reception room — maybe the front gate. You see why I’ll be talking junk about you. You could’ve just lied and said she was not feeling well and she was laying down and to come back another time. But see, you never think of our girl. She was not feeling well, and she was laying down. Just tell her to come back another time. But see, you never think of our girl.

Between the father and Jeremy Jenny, you’re about to be on the list. Y’all really are pissing me off this chapter.
this was an OK chapter. Jeremy still pissed me off. Did Daddy need to be pushed off a cliff and we will have a good ending.
I think she could’ve cussed him out more and shown more of her hurt. She was drunk because, at this point, baby, you’re still holding onto the hurt when you don’t need to. Curse this man out from the depths of your soul.
