The Villainess Doesn't Want Love (20 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 62
The streets in the late afternoon, as people hurried home.
A boy who looked about nine years old tightly held the hand of his younger sibling.
He whispered to his sibling with a determined expression.
“Philip. Get ready. It’s almost time.”
“Yeah! Dino hyung, I’m ready!”
Philip replied in a firm voice.
Every time they passed this street, there was always a place that persistently reached out with tempting allure.
Normally, Naina would have protected them from that temptation.
But today, she couldn’t come because she was taking care of the sick Mitchell.
So today, they had to steel their resolve and resist the temptation themselves.
‘We can do it!’
They tightly clasped hands and stepped forward.
No sooner had they moved than the rich, buttery aroma hit their noses.
‘Here it comes!’
It was the smell of soft, delicious bread being baked.

Male lead fell into her trap — and shattered when she walked away
This is also on my reread list!
This one is a slow burn, but when it burns, it burns hard.
Definitely worth a read, y’all!

The story follows a thousand-year-old seductive spirit who, on a bet, sets out to charm the male lead—a once-promising but unfortunate cultivator.
But just when she succeeds in making him fall for her, she heartlessly leaves, driving him to madness.
Determined to find her at all costs, he captures her, keeping her by his side no matter what, even if she hates him.
I love this kind of trope—I enjoy watching the male lead suffer in agony.
The ending drags a bit with unnecessary filler, but that’s fine.
As long as I enjoy the beginning, I’m good.

Between the father and Jeremy Jenny, you’re about to be on the list. Y’all really are pissing me off this chapter.
this was an OK chapter. Jeremy still pissed me off. Did Daddy need to be pushed off a cliff and we will have a good ending.
I think she could’ve cussed him out more and shown more of her hurt. She was drunk because, at this point, baby, you’re still holding onto the hurt when you don’t need to. Curse this man out from the depths of your soul.
