Smith’s gaze flicked once to my left hand, then once to Edan’s left hand. Then his face twisted into one on the verge of tears.
A supremely satisfied, triumphant smile curled at the corners of Edan’s lips.
“If you’ve grasped the situation, behave yourself. I tolerated your antics for fun until now, but from this point forward, no more confessions. No more flirting like just now.”
“……Ugh.”
