“If Marquis Heinder truly is connected to the ancient god, I understand why.”

“Does having a reason make one go mad over such things?”

At Cryer’s sharp remark, Olivia nodded and added,

“I don’t know about magicians or other lunatics, but Marquis Heinder seems to have a reason. And because of that reason, it’s extremely difficult to move him.”

“What reason?”

“He lost his child—just hours after birth.”
