The Maid's Contract Marriage (1 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 124
It was the day Taylor was to meet Dylan and Arthur together.
Dylan had initially insisted he only wanted to consult about his eyesight, saying his legs wouldn’t recover anyway, but following Taylor’s recommendation—that with consistent treatment he might regain the ability to walk and that it would be best not to miss the window for treatment—he began rehabilitation therapy as well.
Taylor prescribed him appropriate physical therapy and, carefully observing the parts Dylan struggled with, crafted assistive devices specifically for his rehabilitation exercises.
Though it was difficult, Dylan endured the rehabilitation well, and afterward always came straight to Arthur’s side to jointly consult about the vision issue.
Arthur couldn’t bring himself to turn away Dylan, who insisted on receiving vision consultation right after finishing his painful rehab sessions, his face clearly exhausted.
As a result, Dylan began leg rehabilitation, while Arthur—through Dylan, who pretended his vision was still poor—indirectly started vision consultations.
“I’m not particularly devout, but I remember feeling my eyes improved after visiting the temple. Could there possibly be a connection to the temple?”
“Hmm… Well, while I certainly respect the authority of Julius Temple, many scholars nowadays believe sacred magic no longer functions as a genuine healing art, and I personally am unaware of any meaningful cases. Even in the era when sacred magic was used as a healing method, eyes were considered an organ that couldn’t be restored through divine power.”
“I see. Just in case, I visited the temple several more times afterward, but I didn’t really feel any improvement.”
Taylor recorded his statement in the medical notes and replied,
“Still, the fact you felt well enough to check multiple times suggests there may be something worth investigating. Oh—Julius Temple’s holy water contains various herbs and is recognized for its detoxifying properties; there might be a link. Did you use holy water during your visits to the temple?”
“Oh—holy water…! No, I didn’t use it.”
Dylan quickly realized from Arthur’s sour expression that he hadn’t used holy water at the temple and immediately denied it.
Taylor noted that down as well and shifted his question.
“It might not necessarily be the temple—could there be another cause you can think of that improved your condition?”

The Villainous Demon Lord Laid an Egg for Her (Female-Dominated)
Several months after transmigrating into a book, Yu Wu found herself facing the demon lord Li You, who could no longer conceal his dragon horns. With one hand on her aching waist and the other gripping a sharp sword, she stared at him.
The demon lord’s eyes were red with fury:
“This is all your doing! Today, I won’t rest until I kill you!”
Yu Wu rubbed her temples. Putting aside the taboo against bloodshed during pregnancy, wasn’t it this very man who willingly walked into her trap that day?!
Warnings:
- Male pregnancy.
- Height ratios are set to mirror typical male-female height proportions.
- Characters include a foot-loving demon lord and an eldest daughter from an immortal family’s concubine lineage.

Bruh… author you have to let the readers know about these things properly. I assumed/ it’s implied he only said it got better just so he wouldn’t see Taylor

All my guesses for how this novel was going gl go have been somehow wrong . I could sense they wouldn’t be together for a long time but I didn’t want it to be true
The future looks scary and uncertain here… I said I saw no way for reina and Arthur to be together and I was proven right
Omgosh not what I expected at all… its all coming together albeit slowly
