The palace maids were constantly shuttling between the Julius Mansion and the hotel where Agnes stayed, under the pretense of running errands for Lord Rembrandt.
No one dared attempt to silence or interfere with those maids regarding rumors circulating within the mansion, especially since Lord Rembrandt was delivering a letter to Duchess Pearl.
These were maids whom even Matilda, the mistress of the house in her time, had never been able to control.
Now that the master and his wife had left for the Imperial Capital, the maids visited the Duchess even more freely.
Agnes always offered them tea whenever they came to her hotel bearing Rembrandt’s letter, exchanging pleasantries and hearing news from the mansion.
Grateful for the Duchess’s personal kindness, the maids quickly and eagerly shared the latest updates from the mansion.
They reported that recently, Dylan Osborn had been visiting frequently, meeting both Arthur and Taylor together.

With Alvin Lorenson currently away, Taylor was effectively serving as the family’s personal physician.
Since they made no effort to hide their meetings, it was common knowledge that Taylor regularly met Arthur and Dylan at the mansion.

All my guesses for how this novel was going gl go have been somehow wrong . I could sense they wouldn’t be together for a long time but I didn’t want it to be true
The future looks scary and uncertain here… I said I saw no way for reina and Arthur to be together and I was proven right

Bruh… author you have to let the readers know about these things properly. I assumed/ it’s implied he only said it got better just so he wouldn’t see Taylor
