The Mad Commander is Obsessive (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 36
The long table positioned in the spacious dining hall was covered with a red tablecloth.
Dozens of candles in the center of the table softly illuminated the surroundings.
The king, the queen, and Delia.
The royal family of Iorenti continued their meal in heavy silence.
On the table were neatly arranged dishes: peppered chicken, freshly baked bread, and fresh fruit.
But in front of Delia was only a clear soup.
Even soup felt overwhelming for Delia, who had barely survived a brush with death.
The savory aroma of the soup stirred her stomach.
The memory evoked by the soup churned in her mind.
Her body and spirit floated precariously like a fragile boat in violent waves.
A small bead of sweat formed on Delia’s forehead as she barely held herself together against being swept away.
“Is it very difficult for you?”
The queen’s eyes, gazing at Delia, brimmed with pity.
“No, Mother.”
Delia lightly shook her head.

Aelthia Chapter 59Does the queen really think Delia would be better off in Boswell? She should know better. Whether enemy or ally, Delia would be treated as an object and used for her relation to the throne and ability to bear children. At least this way Delia can not only be happy but retain her dignity. Or is the queen perhaps grieving that her son will be deposed and wants to send Delia away so there is noone to replace the crown prince?
Aelthia Chapter 85It’s hard to believe the princess has no allies within the palace, among the council or elders or even within the kingdom.

Crazy blanket.
First the commander was a rope and now he is a blanket.

Those who wore coral-stone earrings…
Coral is typically prized by island cultures. I was thinking the island countries or the Estrella empire was involved in this to sow discord.

“Miss Regina, please rest here. I’ll go hunting briefly and return.”
It seems the emperor has caught feelings that even he isn’t fully aware of yet.
