The Duke's Flower is Precarious (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 90
Suddenly, when Ophelia called out his name, Rainian’s eyes widened. Caught off guard, he gave an awkward smile.
In truth, Rainian himself had been watching from afar as the young nobles swarmed around Aidel like clouds following her entrance, and his heart had already been tangled with complex emotions.
Just as expected, he clearly heard the Grand Duke standing beside him grind his teeth with a sharp “crack.” When Rainian turned to look, the Grand Duke’s expression was unmistakably grim—his knuckles white with tension, the veins on the back of his hand bulging as if the wineglass in his hand might shatter at any moment.
“Grand Duke….”
Rainian called out to him with a worried tone as the Grand Duke looked ready to explode. But the Grand Duke merely slammed his wineglass down forcefully and, without responding—as though he hadn’t even heard Rainian’s voice—strode straight toward Aidel.
He crossed the banquet hall with such long, swift strides that Rainian had no choice but to hurry after Kaeron.
After stepping back slightly to observe the situation up to that point, Rainian fully understood Ophelia’s intent in drawing the young nobles’ attention by offering to choose Aidel’s dancing partner.
‘She must be trying to awaken the Grand Duke’s feelings.’
Just as he himself had provoked the Grand Duke to realize his feelings for Aidel… Although their methods differed, Ophelia had clearly and deliberately stirred the Grand Duke for Aidel’s sake.
‘Who else would dare claim we’re not twins?’
Rainian gave a short, amused chuckle and shook his head helplessly. Ophelia had chosen him as the arrow aimed straight at the Grand Duke’s heart—and he was more than willing to play that role.
“If I may have the honor of dancing the first dance with the Grand Duchess, it would be the greatest privilege. Might I ask for that opportunity?”
Rainian stepped forward confidently and extended his hand toward Aidel, asking her permission politely. Though Ophelia had appointed him as her dance partner, he still wanted Aidel’s explicit consent.
‘Lord Rainian…’
Aidel looked at Rainian—who had just been chosen as her first dance partner—with eyes full of relief. Compared to the Lisandro nobles who had pressed forward aggressively upon their first meeting, the familiar friend Rainian felt far more comfortable.

Male lead is a Divorced Husband
She said to him: “Tell me, what makes you like me? I’ll change it!”

Liu Changning transmigrated into a female cannon fodder character in a female-dominant novel.
After reading the first half of the novel’s plot, the first thing she did upon transmigration was to divorce the Pan Jinlian-style male protagonist she had just married.
She indulged herself, pretending to be ugly and poor.
But as time passed, the way that man looked at her became more and more unusual…
Liu Changning was dumbfounded: Tell me, what makes you like me? I’ll change!

This lifetime, Pei Yuanshao was rejected by the same woman twice!
The first time, she drove him away. Forced by the situation, he endured the waves of anger in his heart, yielding and humbling himself.
That person lay slanted on a rocking chair, her sallow face emotionless: “If you don’t want a divorce, go cook!”
Pei Yuanshao’s face was dark and gloomy: “You!”
The second time, after the crisis in Jinling City was resolved, the new emperor sent someone to pick him up. He turned around, stammering: “I… I have to go. If you keep me…”
That person lay on the kang bed, her back to him, as if she had long anticipated this day, crisp and clear: “Goodbye!”
Pei Yuanshao was so angry his fingers trembled: “You… you!”
The mission of family and country made him restrain himself, averting his eyes and turning to leave this broken household.
Two years later, they met again. Seeing her ethereal face, his body shook like a sieve.
“She was originally a ‘she’!”
At the Qionglin Banquet, the top scholar of the imperial examination, a talented person with exceptional speech and conduct, all the unmarried young gentlemen from aristocratic families looked at her with shy and timid eyes.
The peerless imperial official Pei Yuanshao felt the anger in his heart erupt. He pointed at the woman surrounded by the crowd at the Qionglin Banquet, his thin lips slightly curled: “Little sister, I wants that person to be the wife-master of my Mingde Prince Manor.”

Can’t wait for second prince to die . How dare he touch grand Duchess with his filthy hand.
I hope Kareon kills first prince . But maybe that’s not going to happen because of diplomatic relations between kingdoms. If at that moment aidel would have remained unconscious ,second prince definitely would have died .It’s unfortunate , that bastard should have died on spot.
I am blushing even though I don’t know what withdrawal symptoms is.
