Before long, a full-course meal was served all at once. The amount was immense for just two people, and excessively lavish.

“Go ahead and eat. I thought you liked this.”

“I don’t.”

At her cold reply, Jeong Hyeok’s eyebrows lifted slightly.

“Is that so? Then Bae Sol Yi must’ve lied.”

Da Jung didn’t bother hiding her sigh.

That girl Sol Yi—not only acted as a spy, but apparently even confessed every detail of Da Jung’s food preferences.

Once again, Da Jung downed the cup he had filled in one go. After gulping down the sharp liquid, she set the cup down firmly—when suddenly, a rich, savory aroma hit her.

She looked up to find a piece of white fish held just before her nose. He had stretched his long arm out, holding the bite suspended in midair, and gave it a light shake as if urging her to eat.
