The VIP dressing room door opened.

Seeing Chae Yoon step out after changing, the salesperson approached her warmly and said,

“Ma’am, you look absolutely stunning. This one suits you even better than the previous one.”

Chae Yoon smiled at the compliment, then turned her gaze toward her reflection in the mirror.

The outfit she’d changed into matched her taste perfectly, but her expression as she stared at it was utterly indifferent.

At that moment, Jae Oh, who had been watching Chae Yoon from behind, gave a discreet nod to the shopper standing nearby.

The shopper immediately approached Chae Yoon and held out another outfit.

“Please try this one on as well, Madam.”

At the shopper’s suggestion, exhaustion visibly spread across Chae Yoon’s pale face.

Instead of taking the clothes, Chae Yoon turned to look at Jae Oh standing behind her.

The instant she turned her head, her eyes met Jae Oh’s, who had been staring right at her. Seizing the moment, Chae Yoon quickly walked over to him and said,

“I’m tired.”

Her slumped shoulders and weary approach resembled a puppy with drooping ears. While such a puppy might not always stir the urge to cuddle, Chae Yoon’s look made Jae Oh want to hold her tightly, and a soft smile spread across his lips.

Jae Oh gently placed his hand on Chae Yoon’s cheek as she asked to leave. With the middle knuckle of his bent index finger, he lightly brushed her soft cheek, then reached toward the shopper standing nearby.

Taking the outfit from the shopper, Jae Oh held it out directly to Chae Yoon.
