Princess Litania, you were truly magnificent today.

Returning to the dressing room, Litania sighed in relief as Snow helped her change out of her costume.

“Snow. My feet hurt—I’ll rest here for a bit. Could you go ahead and tidy up my bedroom?”

“Shall I give you a foot massage?”

“No, it’s fine.”

Feeling guilty for keeping Snow working so late, Litania waved her hand dismissively.

The boy draped a robe over her shoulders, warned her not to fall asleep on the sofa, and then slipped out of the dressing room.

Litania draped the robe over her chemise and slumped lazily onto the sofa. Lifting her legs into the air and wiggling them slightly, she felt the fatigue begin to ease.

“Aah, dancing truly isn’t something just anyone can do.”

“Exactly. It’s even more exhausting for you.”

“Kyaaak!”

A voice she wasn’t meant to hear startled Litania into an abrupt sitting position.

Between the slightly parted partitions of the dressing room stood Herna, dressed as a maid.

Had she really disguised herself as a servant to sneak in?
