The reporter grimaced, apparently unaware that I knew about his reputation. His face flushed red and purple like an angry goblin, looking utterly ridiculous.

“You’ll regret this.”

He soon stormed off with an angry expression and disappeared into his tent. From inside, I could hear him telling the others to leave the campsite immediately.

I should’ve done this from the start. It felt so satisfying.

“Miss Bom… I’m sorry for causing such a fuss. It’s all because of me…”

Beside me, Snow Wolf Hunter apologized, looking utterly dejected.

“No, the fuss was caused by him. Why did you just endure it? I heard you already knew he was strange.”

“Well…”

His expression grew even darker. It seemed there was more to the story.

“You said you wouldn’t cause trouble anymore. I was worried you’d tell me again not to do anything at all…”

What? Just because of that?

I felt as if I’d been hit hard on the head.

“Do you really think I’m that inflexible?”

If he’d acted according to his usual nature, it wouldn’t have ended with just loud shouting. After all, this was the same man who’d once smashed a camera—he could’ve easily gotten into a fistfight, being a fellow Hunter.

But this was a special situation, wasn’t it? I never meant for him to suppress injustice just to avoid causing a scene.
