“Prosecutor Jin Ra In, bring exactly what you’re working on right now. Let me see it.”

Ra In hesitated, looking at her desktop monitor. It was because there was content she couldn’t yet show Song Kang as it was. She reached her hand toward the mouse.

Yet, she paused, unable to click right away. Song Kang watched her closely, then strode straight over to where she sat.

“May I look at your screen, or shall I print it out?”

He stared intently into her eyes, and Ra In couldn’t hold his gaze for long before looking away.

“I’ll… print it out.”

Ra In understood he’d already sensed something was off, and she no longer wanted to keep lying.

As soon as the printer started whirring, Song Kang headed toward it. He picked up the printed pages and scanned them. It was a clear, organized summary of his recent activities.

Combined with the documents Ha In was about to send, it would paint a complete picture of his every move. Song Kang placed the documents on the conference table and sank heavily into a chair.

“Come here and explain what this is.”

Ra In approached him like someone who’d committed a crime, standing beside him.

“Sit down. I’m trying to talk, not scold you.”
