    The shift from a terrifying prophecy to Alan sitting in a dim room, listening to Juno aggressively vent about movies, is such a beautifully intimate character moment. The fact that Alan—who usually pushes everyone away—now comfortably takes late-night calls from her and is actively picturing her original East Asian appearance from his memories is a massive emotional leap forward. He doesn’t just see her as an intruder anymore; he genuinely respects and cares for her as his “understander.”

    I agree with juno..the world tree itself said that it was gate’s wrongdoing..but if Alan’s parent doing something behithe scene that would be crazy

Victor slapping the ghost’s hand away and casually asking if he wants to be sent straight to the real hell proves that touching the “squirrel” is an automatic death sentence.
