Blake frowned.

Duke Hibetsman raised one of his folded arms, naturally covering his mouth with his hand, and spoke more discreetly than when he’d first mentioned Duke Gerwer visiting the slave market.
“Someone reportedly overheard Duke Gerwer muttering ‘Ltiom.’”
At those words, Blake glanced sharply at Duke Hibetsman.
He was startled enough to leap from his seat, yet he had no choice but to restrain his reaction.
