I Became a Supporting Character in a Martial Arts Novel (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 27
Even if there’s no trace, it’s probably best to assume for now that the mysterious force that annihilated the Baek Family was the Demonic Sect. Although the estate vanished, circumstantial evidence remained, and the curse placed upon me could serve as tangible proof.
‘But still….’
Every event has a cause. This one must be no exception.
‘Why did the Baek Family incur the wrath of the Demonic Sect?’
Thus, a fundamental question inevitably arose.
If my memory serves me right, the Baek Family was merely a minor-to-mid-sized clan. According to Master, they were nominally aligned with the righteous sects, yet they couldn’t be considered a prestigious, renowned clan like the Nangong Clan or the Tang Clan.
‘Could there have been some hidden collusion that Haheun didn’t know about?’
Was the Demonic Sect, which hadn’t been active for a hundred years, really so intent on singling them out for total annihilation? No matter how I thought about it, no plausible reason came to mind.
‘What could possibly be so important in such a small clan?’
Moreover, there was another oddity.
“But still….”
As soon as I opened my mouth, all the elders’ gazes instantly turned toward me. Amid their complex expressions, I hesitated before asking,
“If we assume they truly were the Demonic Sect… then why… did they spare only me? I knew nothing about my family’s affairs, and I hadn’t even learned martial arts. There must have been far more useful people they could have kept—so why go to the trouble of sparing me alone… and even placing this curse upon me…?”
I couldn’t bring myself to finish the sentence clearly, seeing how Master’s expression grew increasingly pained right before my eyes.
“…I’m sorry.”

Male lead is reincarnated to save his wife
I’ve also read this one twice already. The female lead is kinda soft and gets embarrassed easily—not really my type, but the plot is definitely worth reading. Hurry up and read it, y’all!

Intro
When Shen Yuan encountered Su Jin again in his previous life, she had already become the Prime Minister of the current dynasty. As for him, the former top young master of the capital, he had long since fallen into the abyss, becoming a singer on a pleasure boat.
After a song ended, he was redeemed and sent to the Su Residence.
Su Jin respected and cherished him, gave him a roof over his head, and bestowed him with warmth. Shen Yuan fell deeper and deeper, but before he could express his feelings, Su Jin passed away.
Shen Yuan died to follow her in death, but instead, he returned to when he was fifteen years old.
At that time, he was not yet engaged, and Su Jin was just a poor scholar.
Shen Yuan gritted his teeth, casting aside all his pride, and thought of ways to coax and entice her every day.
The colder and more indifferent Su Jin was towards him, the more proactive Shen Yuan became.
He was not afraid of being mocked by the world, only wanting to marry his Wife-master early, to hold her hand and never let go for a lifetime.
[Note: This story will not specifically point out the male lead’s reincarnation time point; it’s all in the details. Whenever you feel that the male lead is acting strangely, he has most likely been reincarnated.]

- Miririno Chapter 31 — Paragraph 98
Made me feel even more sorry for the original owner of this body.
True…I had a similar thought. It’s very heartbreaking to think about that she was actually controlled and commited suicide when we came to realization in the end
- Miririno Chapter 31 — Paragraph 53
There’s that junior disciple.
I think the address needs to be changed in a previous chapter where she was addressed as junior.
- Miririno Chapter 31 — Paragraph 85
It was as if a dam had suddenly burst open, flooding my mind with brilliant spar
That’s what I thought!!! The curse was actually hindering her talent
