Don't Obsess Over A Married Woman (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 21
Madam Petrica soon returned with another bolt of purple fabric.
Even in her eyes, velvet seemed too heavy for a fourteen-year-old girl.
Yet no other fabric proved sufficient to persuade the stubborn Euphemia.
‘I ended up having to step in myself.’
I suggested crafting the dress by pairing the velvet with other fabrics and lace to soften its characteristically heavy texture.
Euphemia, seemingly satisfied that the velvet would be used somehow, smiled sweetly.
I thought she had finally cheered up.
“It’s not that it doesn’t suit you, Yupi. It’s just that our lovely young ladies usually don’t prefer velvet.”
“But Mama wears it often.”
That’s because I’m a married woman in my thirties.
“Now that I think about it, Yupi wants to wear the same fabric as Mama, doesn’t she?”
Though still turned away, Euphemia nodded in response to my words.
Clearly sulking.
Yet even that only made her cuter in my eyes—especially because she was being extra adorable.
“How about this, Yupi? Next year, we’ll make dresses from the exact same fabric and go on a picnic wearing them.”

My Step-brother Is Obsessed With Me (Female-dominant)
A gentle female protagonist vs pitiful in the early stage, and a sick male protagonist in the later stage
Cheng Songer transmigrated into the body of a vicious cannon fodder female supporting character with the same name as her in a female-dominant novel.
In the original story, the cannon fodder female supporting character was inhumane, committing domestic violence, gambling excessively, being lustful, and even wanting to sell her stepbrother to a brothel for money.
As luck would have it, she just happened to transmigrate at this time.
Seeing Cheng Qingzhi biting his lip, enduring the tears in his eyes, looking pitiful, her heart softened.
She stuffed the money back into the Madam’s hand and reached out to him.
“Brother, come home with me.”
