The next day around 11 a.m., Morgan and four other male and female models started arriving at the resort one after another. The staff who would create the year-end party atmosphere also began showing up.

Hanna had barely slept, waiting excitedly for her reunion with Morgan, but there wasn’t enough time for the two of them to have a proper, affectionate moment.

Green, who planned to hold a Korean-style barbecue party in the garden and turn it into a hot spot aimed at young Europeans, was completely focused on arranging the space and camera angles.

Hanna also had to do the outfits and makeup for Morgan and the other models with the help of a local assistant, so she set up a temporary makeup room in the living room of the accommodation.

She handed out the pre-prepared outfits to the models and did their makeup and hair in order. Finally, she adjusted the clothes of the main model, Morgan.

Once Morgan confirmed that the assistant had gone outside with the other models, he sneakily grabbed Hanna’s hand.

“Ring check.”

Understanding what he meant, Hanna held out the thumb of her right hand. The ring Morgan had put on her at the Paris airport was still there, untouched.

“What did you do with yours?”

While inspecting Morgan’s fingers, Hanna frowned. She had looked at both his left and right hands, but the ring she had put on his little finger was nowhere to be seen.

“Come here. Let’s just die first.”

Before anything harsher could come out of Hanna’s mouth, Morgan quickly pulled out a necklace chain from inside his shirt. Hanna’s ring was dangling from it.

“The ring kept slipping off, so I’ve been wearing it as a necklace. I did well, right?”

Morgan approached with eyes quietly expecting praise from Hanna.

“No reward? I was going to give you one because you kept my ring so well!”
