Baron Hermil was as kind and sensitive a person as her uncle had claimed. He never crossed the line with his words, and his actions exuded elegance. The nobles Orentia had known were people like Baron Hermil.

“You must like tea very much? You seem to empty your cup quite quickly.”

Hearing Baron Hermil’s gentle voice, Orentia was momentarily startled. Her stomach felt bloated, which meant she had indeed drunk a lot of tea.

‘Why is that? He’s clearly a good person, but it’s so boring. We’ve just been drinking tea the whole time.’

Orentia originally liked to savor tea slowly. Yet here she was, drinking it like water. Was being with Baron Hermil somehow stifling?

‘No! I should look at the good sides!’

“The tea tastes especially good today.”

As she said that, Orentia spotted Dimidius walking beyond the garden. He seemed to be heading toward the carriage house.

Another outing? Where on earth to?

Unconsciously, she gripped her teacup tightly and said in a loud voice.

“It must be because I’m with Baron Hermil! Haha!”

Did Dimidius hear that?

Whether he heard or not, what does it matter!

Orentia wanted to hide in a mouse hole because of her childish behavior. The hand holding the teacup was trembling. She couldn’t understand why she lost her composure whenever it involved Dimidius.
