If someone else had said those words to me, it would have ended with just a faint flutter in my chest. But words coming from a face that resembles Jun so much—I can’t just let them slide. The tremor echoing through every corner of my heart made breathing feel overwhelming.

“Ji Hoon, I think you need to stand by right now.”

The footsteps of a male staff member closing the distance between us were hurried.
