A Twisted Relationship (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 17

Min Hyuk walked toward the elevator and called Da Hyun.

He was anxious because she still wasn’t answering her phone.

Even though it was the office—somewhere unlikely for trouble to happen—he still felt uneasy.

He couldn’t stand the anxiety if she was out of his sight.

On top of that, he was even more worried about her possibly running into Si Hoon.

It would be disastrous if she, remembering nothing, happened to meet Si Hoon and asked about their past.

Si Hoon didn’t know the full details of what had happened between him and her.

If he slipped up and said something wrong, she would surely find it strange. Unless they met together with others, they absolutely couldn’t meet alone.

He didn’t want to ruin everything.

It had taken two long years to see her again. He couldn’t afford to distort their relationship once more over a trivial mistake.

Min Hyuk called Da Hyun again.

By now, she probably realized just how endless his obsession was.

It didn’t matter if she thought he was pathetic or annoying.

He just hoped she wouldn’t abandon him.

The ringing went on for a long time before cutting off.
