Song Jin Gyu’s performance had swiftly approached amidst the fast-flowing routine of daily life.

Yura had been continually postponing her meeting with Song Min Woo, using Song Jin Gyu’s concert as an excuse. She didn’t know what he wanted to discuss, but she needed to prepare in case things became awkward.

Ever since Oh Se Jin’s performance fell through, many people’s efforts had gone to waste. It would be unacceptable for something like that to happen again.

Of course, a world-renowned pianist of such stature wouldn’t ruin things over his son’s issues, but there was no harm in being cautious.

Yet now that the concert was right around the corner, she realized she couldn’t delay any longer. Yura arranged a meeting with Song Min Woo.

She chose a quiet café near the hotel where Song Min Woo was staying.

Originally, she had planned to meet at Arcanus, but decided a café would feel less secretive. Another reason was that even as CEO, without prior reservation, it was difficult to enter due to the Director’s strict control.

Arriving early, Yura headed to the agreed spot, only to find Song Min Woo already there.

“Thank you for making time to meet me like this.”

“Not at all. I’m sorry for keeping you waiting.”

“I just arrived myself.”

After this brief exchange of pleasantries, silence settled between them. Min Woo, seemingly tense, finished an entire glass of cold water instead of his ordered coffee.

Unable to bear the awkward, heavy silence any longer, Yura cautiously broke the ice.

“Is this something difficult for you to talk about? You keep hesitating.”

Min Woo met her gaze briefly, took a deep breath, and his first words uttered a name she really didn’t want to hear.
