The time spent with Ok Eun Woo was always filled with excitement and fluttering anticipation. Today was no exception.

Five minutes before the agreed time. Not long after Seul Hee came out, a familiar car glided smoothly to a stop right in front of her. It was Eun Woo’s car. The door opened, and Eun Woo leapt out with light steps, standing before Seul Hee.

“Did you wait long?”

“No. Did your class go well?”

The man nodded. Lately, Eun Woo had been attending graduate school. Occasionally, he would take a day off from clinic duties to attend classes. Today, too, he was on his way back from school.

But he seemed far too radiant to be merely returning from class. Even dressed simply in a T-shirt and a light jacket, he carried himself with natural elegance. A breeze blew, revealing his neat forehead.

His eyes sparkled as he looked at Seul Hee. Even though it was a city night with no stars in sight, his gaze seemed to hold stars within it.

“You must be tired.”

“I’m taking these classes because I want to. Get in. Sorry for making you wait.”

He whispered gently, then fastened her seatbelt himself before smoothly starting the car. They arrived at the restaurant shortly afterward.

The place they came to was an outdoor restaurant perfectly suited for an autumn evening. It was their first time there.

“It’s so beautiful.”

Though it wasn’t far from Gangnam Station, trees planted along the fence gave the impression they’d stepped into a quiet countryside. Strings of fairy lights hung overhead to illuminate the dark garden, making it even more romantic.

“How did you find this place?”

“Do you want to know?”
