“Let’s get along well from now on, Seung Joo.”
Her sudden shift to warm familiarity and playful eye-smile caught Eun Seo completely off guard. What? Why’s she adapting so fast?
Seon Ah picked up her tongs, grabbed a piece of grilled meat from the pan, and placed it onto Seung Joo’s plate.
“Our Seung Joo should eat lots, okay? You’re at the age where you need to eat well to grow.”
For the record, Seon Ah was the same age as Eun Seo—meaning Kwon Seung Joo was actually six years older than her.
“If you finish all this and still want more, just say so. Unnie’ll buy you anything you like.”
Her voice dripped honey so thickly Eun Seo couldn’t bear to listen anymore, so she turned to Seung Joo and said,
“Seung Joo, could you go to the kitchen and bring the rice?”
“Yes, unnie.”
As Seung Joo obediently disappeared into the kitchen, Eun Seo lowered her voice and scolded Seon Ah.
“What’s gotten into you all of a sudden?”
“It’s a gift from heaven! If not now, when else would I ever get a chance to get close to Seung Joo?”
Seon Ah clenched her fist with determination.
“I’m going full-on ‘caring, generous unnie who buys you food’ mode!”
Though Eun Seo understood her reasoning, she was still flustered. She reminded her again,
“He’s eighteen, you know?”

Seon Ah declared confidently.
“Just wait and see—once his memories come back, the representative will bow deeply to thank you, Eun Seo.”
Eun Seo thought, “Knowing his personality, that’s hard to imagine…”—but still, she finally felt some peace of mind. Yeah, I really did the right thing.
