“There are a few things we should agree on before reaching the capital.”

Cordelia answered without much thought, then abruptly stopped. Upon reflection, it did seem suspicious—Leonard inhabiting her deceased husband’s body and then taking her as his disciple. From another perspective, it could easily appear as though she had gravely compromised her fidelity.
