After the storm had passed, Seo Yoon, lying on her hospital bed, tapped Kang Hyun’s arm as he stared blankly into the air.
Their tired eyes meeting each other, they both burst into laughter without either of them starting first.
“We were really foolish.”

When the doctor called out the baby’s birth time, Kang Hyun stood to cut the umbilical cord but stumbled, unable to steady his suddenly blurred vision.
Fortunately, he didn’t lose consciousness and safely cut the cord, even managing to take a photo of Seo Yoon holding Lee Jun.
He’d done what he was told, but looking back, he truly looked pitiful.
Seo Yoon, who had cried her eyes out in the delivery room, convinced she was about to die, felt just as embarrassed.
