“What did you say? Chairman Ki’s father was murdered? It wasn’t a traffic accident?”

Chairman Oh looked utterly shocked. Ga Eul recalled how she had felt when she first heard that news.

When she’d accidentally overheard, in the lounge of the resort’s massage shop, that Mr. Gi Dae Woong’s father might have been murdered, her expression was probably very much like Chairman Oh’s right now.

“The U.S. police officially concluded Mr. Dae Woon’s father’s death as suicide. Shinhwa Group covered it up as a traffic accident. However, Mr. Dae Woon believed from the very beginning that his father was murdered—and recently, even the U.S. police acknowledged the possibility of homicide.”
