Eun Chae tried tying her long hair up, then half-up, and finally let it down again. She switched from a sporty padded jacket to an elegant coat, repeatedly checking her reflection before finally standing up from the chair.

Just as she was about to pick up her viola, she suddenly set it down and rushed to the powder room. She hastily sprayed her recently purchased perfume, several times.

Once, twice…

After a moment’s thought, she pumped the perfume one more time, making it three sprays in total. Only then, satisfied, she picked up her viola case and left the room.

She should have resisted that last spray.

Eun Chae realized her regret only after getting into the car. The scent of her perfume was overpowering the car’s air freshener. Feeling unnecessarily embarrassed and uncomfortable, she glanced at him, but his face was as unreadable as ever.

Why feel guilty for spraying a little perfume? Overwhelmed by a sense of injustice, Eun Chae wore a defiant expression. She maintained it all the way to the practice room at the art hall.
Although she ended up avoiding his gaze at the practice room door, making her words futile, Eun Chae couldn’t help but speak up, feeling a pang of conscience.

“Just stay in the car. No need to stand around waiting for my practice to end.”

Ki Joo looked puzzled, as if he couldn’t understand why she was suddenly saying this.

“I don’t want to.”

“Thought you might get bored. Do as you wish, then.”

Eun Chae regretted speaking up, but then Ki Joo responded with a clear voice.

“I like it.”

She looked up at him, as if asking what he liked. Until then, she hadn’t anticipated his response.

“The sound of the viola.”

His unexpected response caught Eun Chae off guard, and her face flushed with embarrassment.

“……Since when?”

Her voice faltered in surprise. After swallowing, Eun Chae licked her lips before asking again.

“Since when?”

“…….”

Ki Joo furrowed his brows as if trying to pinpoint the time. Eun Chae felt her heart race foolishly at his expression, not understanding why.

“……I’m not sure.”

“…….”

“I haven’t listened to anyone else play.”

Eun Chae felt a lump in her throat and a prickle at the tip of her nose. It was strange to think that someone else, especially Ki Joo, also liked the viola, an instrument she had cherished alone. The only viola performance he had heard was hers.

Not wanting to reveal her flushed face, Eun Chae quickly turned and opened the practice room door. Just before entering, she murmured almost to herself.

“……Today, it’s Debussy’s ‘Clair de Lune.'”

She felt his gaze stick to her at her words.

It wasn’t unpleasant.

The night air was crisp, and the moonlight melancholic.

These were the thoughts that came to Ki Joo as he stood on the balcony, gazing into the void for a long time.

He had no interest or knowledge of classical music or anything of that sort, but that particular piece reminded him of Song Eun Chae. The little he knew came from the music leaking through doors and windows during rehearsals, yet it had etched into his memory. Or perhaps, it was the unexpected mention of the piece’s name by her.

Leaning forward with his elbows on the railing, Ki Joo lowered his gaze. His line of sight, cutting through the darkness, reached Eun Chae’s still-lit room.

The faint silhouette flitting behind the curtains caught his detached gaze. His pupils flickered hotly, then cooled down.

As he exhaled deeply and turned to open the door to the living room, the silence of the empty residence was suddenly broken by his ringing phone.

Ki Joo’s eyes fixed on the loud, bright phone. Walking over, he saw Song Eun Chae’s name flashing on the black screen.

Surprised by the unexpected caller, his pupils darkened. He stared for a moment, then casually reached out, grabbing the phone. The veins on his hand stood out as he brought the phone to his ear.

“…….”

[Dash]…….

No common greetings like “hello” were exchanged. Only their suppressed breaths intersected. After about thirty seconds, Eun Chae’s voice reached his ears.

[Dash]……Are you asleep?

Ki Joo stiffened his neck, his pupils shining strangely in the darkness.

“No. I’m on duty.”
[Dash]…….

“Why?”

Silence returned. Instead of just letting time pass aimlessly, Ki Joo walked towards the balcony. Through the window and railing, he saw that the lights in Song Eun Chae’s room had been turned off, replaced by a warm orange stand light. In the midst of this, Eun Chae mumbled something.

[Dash] Come over for a moment.

Her tone was neither commanding nor pleading, but clear. Ki Joo exhaled a short breath, narrowing his eyes as if weighing something.

“……At this hour?”

[Dash] I’ll wait for you.

The call abruptly ended. Ki Joo, still holding the disconnected phone to his ear, stood motionless for a while before finally moving.

Sitting on her bed, Eun Chae stared at the door with tense eyes. She bit her thumbnail, wondering how much time had passed since her call. It was deeper into the night when she finally heard a knock on the door.

Quietly opening it, she found Ki Joo standing there in a suit.

Why a suit, of all things? It almost felt like a reminder of his role as a bodyguard, as if to imprint the notion of duty, which was both annoying and strangely electrifying. Eun Chae quickly glanced down the hallway to ensure privacy.

“Afraid after calling me?”

Her provocative question spurred Eun Chae’s defiance. Wordlessly, she opened the door wider, gesturing for him to come in.

Ki Joo obligingly entered. Eun Chae closed the door and faced him, her gaze eerily quiet. It was the first time since Jeju that they were alone together in her room.

Top Celebrity Younger Brother Bears Her Child (Female-dominant)

One-line summary: Forced to live stream romance with a top celebrity in a female-dominant world.

Yan Jin transmigrated into a brothel, with a fellow transmigrated junior beside her.

Hearing the obscene words coming from outside, the unfortunate junior covered his ears tightly, his cheeks flushed red, and whispered to comfort her, “Don’t worry, I will definitely help you escape.”

“Don’t worry, I will definitely defend your chastity.” Yan Jin looked at the flawless and delicate features of the unfortunate junior and gently comforted, “Because we have transmigrated into a female-dominant world.”

Top celebrity Yu Shu suddenly fell into a coma during a concert.

Research scientist Yan Jin fainted in the lab after working overtime.

Two people with no connection were rushed to the same hospital.

Three days later, neither of them had woken up.

Suddenly, the entire nation discovered that a live streaming app had been forcibly installed on their phones.

Upon opening it, they heard the two discussing how to escape from the brothel.

The entire internet was in an uproar.

After the two successfully escaped from the brothel, Yu Shu’s fan group rushed to make a banner and sent it to the hospital overnight.

“Big sister bravely took action to defend the chastity of our idol!”

When Yu Shu was diagnosed with pregnancy, Yan Jin stared at his belly for a long time.

Covering his stomach, he muttered gloomily, “If you don’t like it, I’ll go get an abortion.”

“It’s not that I don’t like it.” Yan Jin hugged Yu Shu and said softly, “I just feel like I’m not human.”

Yu Shu comforted Yan Jin, “I was already an adult when we got together.”

Yan Jin hesitated, “But you won’t be of legal marriageable age even after giving birth to the child.”

At the same time, a flood of bullet comments appeared in the live streaming room that the two couldn’t see.

[Although it’s inappropriate, I also want a young and handsome boyfriend to have my child.]

①Male pregnancy (highlighted)

The female lead is five years older than the male lead, and the male lead is already an adult when he appears.
