When The Silver Bell Of Charlotte's Pharmacy Rings (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 93
“You…!”
“Be quiet.”
Matiel spoke in a low voice. Alice bit her lip, then pressed her chest and hiccuped violently.
Flees, and even Danni, stared at Matiel, who had raised his head, utterly dumbfounded. Danni, who had been fiddling with her slender fingers, looked away from Matiel at an oblique angle and said,
“A ghost… It must be a ghost. Definitely.”
“Me?”
Danni stood up abruptly, kicking her chair back as if she hadn’t expected Matiel to respond at all. Now that he looked closely, Danni’s chair was different from everyone else’s.
Its legs were long and spindly, making it look ridiculous, and the seat was made of something resembling coarse rope, frayed and rough in many places.
Matiel glanced irritably at the spot where Danni had been sitting, then spoke quickly.
“I have neither the time nor the talent for long explanations. So from now on, do exactly as I say.”
Of the three, Flees Heyman—who at least had some acquaintance with Matiel—was the first to regain her senses. She didn’t fully understand what was happening, but some instinct told her this opportunity must not be missed, and it pushed her to her feet.
“Let’s go.”
Alice looked up at her younger sister with fearful eyes.
“Go where?”
“Escape from here. We can’t go on living like this forever! Are we just going to stand by while Mother and Danni suffer? Until when? Until you and I die? Or until that demon dies? We can’t do that. We mustn’t. Come on, sister. Carry Danni. I’ll support Mother.”

An Indifferent Woman is the One Men Desire the Most
One-line summary: The female lead is actually cold-hearted and extremely rational. She has stage-by-stage relationships and won’t two-time, but there will always be someone who secretly likes her.
This novel has the following triggers, so if you’re sensitive to these, please don’t read:
1. The female lead has had many relationships, but she treated each one seriously and broke up properly.
It’s just that the men unilaterally pestered her incessantly. For the female lead, when she doesn’t like someone anymore, she simply doesn’t like them.
(This applies to her relationships with Male Lead 1, 2, 3, and 4 as well, but she’s loyal in each 1-on-1 relationship!)
2. In this novel, Male Lead 2 and the female lead kiss in a car, and Male Lead 1 sees it and beats up Male Lead 2.
The female lead calls the police and sends both Male Lead 1 and 2 to the police station! Male Lead 1 begs the female lead not to break up with him.
3. Male Lead 1 has a gentle appearance but an obsessive personality.
Male Lead 2 has a delicate and soft appearance, slightly green tea-like (two-faced).
Male Lead 3 is a youthful college student and a smart person who has secretly liked the female lead for a long time.
Male Lead 4 is the female lead’s father’s special assistant, a business elite with deep, hidden thoughts.
4. At the beginning of this novel, the female lead has already broken up with Male Lead 1 (Chapter 4) and gotten back together with Male Lead 2 (ex-boyfriend).
5. Enter with caution if you have triggers!!!

I’m on Tar Mi’s side here. The Duke seems a bit too careless about his relationship with Charlotte. Feelings or no, it’s as if he hasn’t given any thought to the consequences any of his actions will have on her and her life. I’d say any feelings he has are superficial at best.

Sorry but, what the hell is wrong with this woman? She’s beyond childish & spoiled. Does she have no self outside a desire for the Duke? She really makes no sense. The way others cater to her makes even less sense. The duke is supposed to marry her simply because it’s what Edesa wants? Since when did she out rank him? This mess has no logic to it.
- Aelthia Chapter 116 — Paragraph 37
“Yes, Your Highness.”
They’re both delusional. Didn’t the Duke himself already tell the crown princess he was interested un someone else and wouldn’t marry Edesa?

To be honest, Tae Mi is my favorite character in this novel.
Wow that’s grotesque. I didn’t think this novel was going to be so gorey
