“Surprising as it is, it doesn’t feel as unpleasant as I’d expected. Rather refreshing.”
“I’ll keep that in mind.”
“It seems to me you’ve already been giving me all the orders I need.”
Charlotte let out a soft laugh and rolled her eyes as if to say he was talking nonsense.
