When The Silver Bell Of Charlotte's Pharmacy Rings (Completed Main Story) - Chapter 45
Before the sunset settled, Tae Mi came to see Charlotte again.
She sold one last vial of sleep aid and a poultice for the day, saw off the departing customer, and flipped the sign from “Open” to “Closed.”
“Is it within walking distance?”
Charlotte turned around after locking the door and gaped incredulously.
Tae Mi, wearing an unfamiliar pair of goggles pushed up on his head and with tousled hair, leaned lazily against a two-wheeled vehicle.
First noticeable was the rusted, welded section of the long, curved muffler stretching back like a horn.
Between the two exhaust pipes above and the two below sat wheel caps shaped like shields of ancient warriors.
Behind the small, sturdy-looking front tire sat a fuel tank fitted with pipes, which immediately gave off a strong smell of oil as she approached.
Where on earth did he get such a thing? Charlotte wondered.
She had split with him the money she’d received after solving the case at House of Lireld, but surely he hadn’t spent all of it on this scrap heap…
‘Actually… yeah, he absolutely would.’
Charlotte, shooting Tae Mi a deliberately unimpressed look despite his cheerful grin, walked down the steps.
“Does this thing even roll?”
She gave the large rear tire a skeptical tap.
The frame tilted slightly forward due to the height difference between the two tires, but it was clear he’d modified the rear seat area to make it level.

My Ex-Girlfriend Is The Regent In The Female-dominant World (Male lead transmigrates to the matriarchal world)
Two years ago, Gu Sui picked up a homeless woman in ancient costume from the street.
Apart from occasionally claiming to be a princess from a female-dominant country due to illness, her figure, appearance, intelligence, and martial arts skills were impeccable.
Naturally evolving from roommates to girlfriends, as time went on, Gu Sui found it increasingly difficult to tolerate her queen syndrome.
“Mu Jiulu, can you stop controlling me inside and out? Let’s break up.”
Gu Sui made a breakup call, and since then, he couldn’t find any trace of her.
A year later, Gu Sui, who was planning to move, woke up the next day and found himself in a different place.
“Young Master, today is the day you choose your Wife-master through martial arts competition at Jade Dew Pavilion. Please get up quickly.”
Gu Sui: Who am I? Where am I? What am I doing?
As the only son of a general’s mansion in a female-dominant dynasty, the young empress personally issued a decree allowing Gu Sui to select his Wife-master through martial arts competition. Whoever could defeat him could marry him.
Gu Sui: “……”
He didn’t inherit the original owner’s martial prowess, so anyone could defeat him! And what the hell is a Wife-master?
Forced to come to Jade Dew Pavilion, the densely packed women below made Gu Sui’s agoraphobia act up, and his face was full of resistance.
Until he saw the Regent sitting on the second floor, with a smile on the corner of her lips, her eyes wicked and nonchalant.
Hmm… she looked a little familiar.
It turned out that the Regent also found him a little familiar.
Mu Jiulu fiddled with her bone clasp, her deep gaze locked on the man who was out of place in this world.
“Finally, I found you.”

So a spirit has been following her? A playful one it seems…

A soft smile appeared on Adonion’s lips.
There is something suspicious about this guy. Maybe because of the way the light glinted off his monocle, just like in an anime…something is off with him

I’m on Tar Mi’s side here. The Duke seems a bit too careless about his relationship with Charlotte. Feelings or no, it’s as if he hasn’t given any thought to the consequences any of his actions will have on her and her life. I’d say any feelings he has are superficial at best.

To be honest, Tae Mi is my favorite character in this novel.
Wow that’s grotesque. I didn’t think this novel was going to be so gorey
