As she drove toward home, Na Eun chewed her gums restlessly.

She’d been grinding them unconsciously the whole way, and by the time she was nearly home, she could even taste blood.

“If you’re going to be Woo Jin’s manager, shouldn’t you know a lot about visual impairments? Su Young, do you even know Braille? Do you know how to guide a visually impaired person? Or how to train someone to navigate independently using a cane?”

Su Young couldn’t answer any of Na Eun’s questions.

In fact, she just stared back at Na Eun with a shocked expression—as if wondering how she could possibly know all those things.

Seeing that innocent, wide-eyed look should have made her feel proud, but instead it only irritated her.

“How can you even pretend to manage Woo Jin without knowing such basics?”

“I heard it was because of you that Woo Jin finally started going outside. But isn’t it a bit reckless for a non-professional like you to take a visually impaired person—who’s been shut indoors for ten years—out into the world? If something unexpected happened, could you even handle it?”

This time, Su Young simply looked confused, as if she couldn’t grasp what Na Eun was saying at all.

Wondering whether Su Young even understood her, Na Eun’s tone grew increasingly aggressive.

“I’m ready to dedicate my entire life to Woo Jin. Are you? Honestly… aren’t you?”
