Seol Ma Joong, accompanied by his eldest son Seol Min Jae, was looking at a display stand in the department store’s food section with a dissatisfied expression.

The underground food section of Sung Ha Department Store, operated by Sung Ha Corporation, was unusual in that each product display had both the food name and Braille printed on it.

Since Braille required special plastic instead of regular paper and had to be manually reprinted every time products were moved, it was quite a hassle for staff.

Nevertheless, thanks to this policy, visually impaired customers could easily be seen during quiet weekday afternoons when few people were around.

Employees, unaware that Seol Ma Joong’s youngest grandson was visually impaired, viewed this policy merely as a publicity stunt to portray the company as considerate toward people with disabilities.

After all, this policy didn’t significantly impact sales, and it only added more work for the employees.

“Coffee is coffee—what’s with labeling it as ‘beverage’?”

At his father’s words, his son tensed up and looked at him nervously.

“Look here—under ‘coffee,’ it says ‘beverage.’ Is this a beverage? It’s coffee.”

Truthfully, Chairman Seol Ma Joong didn’t understand Braille well himself.

He’d simply learned a few words from a Braille tutor after realizing Woo Jin had started studying Braille and left his room.

Yet those few words proved unexpectedly useful in situations like this.
