To You, Whom I Shouldn't Love (24 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 20
After finishing her bath, Riena put on the house dress Amy had brought.
The house dress was so well maintained that it was hard to believe it had belonged to the late Duchess Winkler, who had died several years ago; it was impeccably clean. Though the design was slightly out of fashion, it didn’t matter since she wouldn’t be seen by anyone.
“It’s a bit long, but it fits nicely. You’re not particularly short, milady, but the late duchess was exceptionally tall. Is there any part that feels uncomfortable?”
“Yes. It’s very comfortable. The fabric feels soft against my skin, too. But I think I’ll need to go out soon—could you call a tailor quickly? Even if appointments are full, I’d appreciate it if you could find someone who can do simple alterations right away.”
“In that case, there’s a salon the dukedom has worked with since the previous generation. The owner is Madame La Chapelle, whose stylish designs lead the capital’s social trends.”
“Even someone that busy—will she really be able to take an appointment quickly?”
Instead of answering, Amy gave a faint smile. Riena immediately understood that silent reply.
“Right, we’re not at Daik anymore—we’re at Winkler. Nothing’s impossible here, I suppose.”
“It’s not just that. Madame La Chapelle and the Winklers have such a close relationship that she’ll surely accept the request ahead of others. Besides, if she hears the Duke’s fiancée needs a dress made, curiosity alone might make her rush over at once.”
Looking at Amy’s reaction, Riena had a vague premonition of a future fraught with Madame La Chapelle’s exacting standards.
Riena gave an awkward smile.
“In any case, I’d appreciate it if you could arrange that.”
“You must be exhausted today and tomorrow—would it be alright if I scheduled the visit for the day after?”
“I’d be grateful.”
“Understood. I’ll contact her right away.”

My Ex-Girlfriend Is The Regent In The Female-dominant World (Male lead transmigrates to the matriarchal world)
Two years ago, Gu Sui picked up a homeless woman in ancient costume from the street.
Apart from occasionally claiming to be a princess from a female-dominant country due to illness, her figure, appearance, intelligence, and martial arts skills were impeccable.
Naturally evolving from roommates to girlfriends, as time went on, Gu Sui found it increasingly difficult to tolerate her queen syndrome.
“Mu Jiulu, can you stop controlling me inside and out? Let’s break up.”
Gu Sui made a breakup call, and since then, he couldn’t find any trace of her.
A year later, Gu Sui, who was planning to move, woke up the next day and found himself in a different place.
“Young Master, today is the day you choose your Wife-master through martial arts competition at Jade Dew Pavilion. Please get up quickly.”
Gu Sui: Who am I? Where am I? What am I doing?
As the only son of a general’s mansion in a female-dominant dynasty, the young empress personally issued a decree allowing Gu Sui to select his Wife-master through martial arts competition. Whoever could defeat him could marry him.
Gu Sui: “……”
He didn’t inherit the original owner’s martial prowess, so anyone could defeat him! And what the hell is a Wife-master?
Forced to come to Jade Dew Pavilion, the densely packed women below made Gu Sui’s agoraphobia act up, and his face was full of resistance.
Until he saw the Regent sitting on the second floor, with a smile on the corner of her lips, her eyes wicked and nonchalant.
Hmm… she looked a little familiar.
It turned out that the Regent also found him a little familiar.
Mu Jiulu fiddled with her bone clasp, her deep gaze locked on the man who was out of place in this world.
“Finally, I found you.”
