Nothing had changed between them since then. They exchanged greetings, delivered their lines, and if lucky, maybe a word or two more. Of course, she knew very well that those one or two extra words were special treatment that made every other actress envious.

Who in this industry didn’t know Ahn Ji Ho’s impenetrable walls? It wasn’t for nothing he’d earned that nickname.

As filming drew to a close, her feelings only grew stronger. That’s why, on the final day, she’d caused that incident—the start of the rumor: “Ahn Ji Ho and Jeon Ji Na secretly kissed on set,” whispered from right in front of his car.

Ji Na pulled herself back to the present and refocused. Hye Yoon’s light brown eyes stared straight into hers—so moist around the edges, it almost seemed she was touched by Ji Na’s words about coming to apologize.

Ji Na tilted her head slightly. She wanted a closer look at those unusually dewy eyes, simply out of curiosity. Since their height difference clearly spanned at least ten centimeters, tilting her head was the only way to meet Hye Yoon’s gaze properly.
