Within less than a day, the rumor that the Crown Prince Eustar and Laila Chrisrad’s wedding ceremony had been canceled by the King’s decree had already circled the entire Searrow Palace.

The court ministers, who had been frantically preparing for the Crown Prince’s wedding on a tight schedule and hadn’t even had time to sleep, stood utterly dumbfounded and speechless. In truth, they still hadn’t figured out how exactly they should treat Laila.
