“Louisa,” Edward exclaimed in surprise and concern. He quickly approached her and asked, “Are you okay? It looks like something’s wrong.”

Edward, looking at her with a worried expression, suggested, “It might be better just to open a window and let some cold air in. I’ll go heat some water for you.”
